Great location and very clean room. The bathroom was large with a walk-in shower that was great. Overall we were pleased with the accommodations.
Construction work being completed to the outside of the hotel could be noisy in the mornings and the overall costs to stay as the room we had was a basic hotel room with two queen beds…nothing about the room would indicate we were in an historical building. Also, no hand shower in the bathroom - just a rain shower head.

The location of this hotel is great for sightseeing Ottawa. This hotel was very nice with all in room amenities and a fridge which is always a bouns. The rooms are a good size with a very comfortable large bed. The bathroom was large, bright and clean. Good value for money. We would stay at this hotel again and recommend it.
The only disappointment was when we had breakfast the service was slow and food average.

Location
Small dreary room.
Do not use the valet because you won't have access to the stuff in your car until it's returned to you. Self park in a nearby lot instead.
