Liked the bed although small for a king. Staff were friendly and hotel was clean

Didn't like that I was charged on card I switched out and even at front desk didn't Luke I was told I was charged for everything on other card and wasn't Didn't like that couldn't switch rooms to watch fireworks Didn't like that if I asked for late check out I was offered lunch instead of breakfast. Didn't like it was further away from byward market then what was told to me

Absolutely fantastic! Great location, easy to find parking entrance as with the construction happening downtown some hotel parkings are hard to navigate. Room is spacious and super clean and comfy. Ice machine available and tab water is drinkable and delicious. I'd return for sure. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff

Rooms felt small, somewhat claustrophobic with the absence of windows, aircon in corridors were far too cold, low roofs in basement parking, impractically small and warm elevator to parking, mundane breakfast options.

It was close to the Ottawa Blues fest.

The carpet was wet. Almost like something terrible happened with the previous guest.

We arrived around 3:30 and although they state you can check in anytime after 3, the room was not ready for us and we had to wait around in the lobby for more than 20 minutes .

Charged $25 for parking garage use but didn't offer valet service. Good trays were left in hall way over night.

Adequate breakfast. Good meals in bar (restaurant closed - not busy enough?).

thệ Receptionists (Allen her name if i remember right) was so accommodating and allow us to to check in earlier because we are from a 5 hour long drive who came to visit Ottawa’s Tulip Festival, appreciate the consideration.

The breakfast service. We ordered from the menu and it took too long to receive the order.

The receptionist is very warm(She shold be a female employee of Indian origin)

We want to have at least two or three vegetables for breakfast. Hotels shold provide free parking for their guests.The room with long stay time should be equipped with the coresponding items,such as :coffee,paper,etc

The location was clean and the rooms were clean. We liked the in room food service. The food was delicious.

The staff were friendly but checkin took a long time and the person helping is kept getting side tracked by other customers. It would have been nice to have our room already booked and keys ready when we prepaid for the room. It took almost 30 min to check in after a long day. The water is in our shower was cold. Would not heat up so that wasn't pleasant.
