My fiancé and I stayed here for a couple nights and it’s a beautiful property. Even nicer than the pictures. Check in and out was very easy and they were very responsive to questions we had! Highly recommend

Beautiful home located in fantastic neighborhood. There was construction going on so noise level a bit high. House offers awesome amenities- we were just unable to take advantage of them all. There were no instructions on how to use sound system, tv, spa, or turn on outside lights wrapped around the tree. We were excited to take a family photo at night with the tree and lights - and it was a fail. Pool guy showed up Friday morning with out warning. Linens and towels a bit tired and in general need to be freshened up. Pool table sticks missing tips - just the attention to details in general were a miss. Overall House was fantastic and we really enjoyed our time in Fort Lauderdale.

1. Prior to arrival, we called, texted, and emailed for information about on-hand supplies and the possibility of early arrival. None of these were answered. 2. Upon arrival, we spoke with Marc Edwards, the Chief Operations Officer of Easy Air Rentals, to discuss our considerable disappointment with the condition of the house. There were no follow up actions to remedy the problems noted below during the period of our stay. 3. We asked for a local representative to come to the house to discuss the problems we found. We were told the local representative was not available. 4. We were told we would be contacted by the supervisor of the cleaning service. We were not contacted. 5. Here are some observations: a. Our rental began on Saturday. When we arrived, there was a large load of leaves on the bottom of the pool. We were told that the pool service comes weekly on Tuesday to clean the pool. That’s halfway through the rental period. The pool should have been cleaned prior to our arrival and additional service should have been provided due to the leaf fall from windy conditions. The pool service person arrived at 11:45 on Tuesday and stayed for 45 minutes. b. Due to windy conditions, there were many leaves on the outside patio area. Neighbors across the street had several service people with leaf blowers removing leaves from their patios. The same should have been done here. It was not. c. There were no instructions about heating the pool and spa. d. On a shelf below the living room TV, there were many (more than a half dozen) remote control units for the various electronics in the house. No information was provided for where each of them were to be used. e. The cushion covers on the outside lounges were filthy, covered with green mold and an unknown greenish-brown substance. They should have been laundered by the cleaning people. We had to do this. f. Two of the five outdoor bar stools had no cushions. g. Two of the six chairs at the outdoor dining table were broken. h. The gas grill was covered with dried food. The cleaning person who we met on arrival said he doesn’t clean the outside area. Who does? i. One of the floor tiles adjacent to the pool was loose and hazardous. j. There is a scattering of junk in the area of the pool heating/filtration equipment. k. There is an old door screen leaning against the bar alongside a group of roofing tiles. l. Old food was in the fridge. m. The garbage cans were full. DO YOU REALLY WANT THIS?

This property was everything it said! We had a wonderful time using the private pool and beautiful open floor plan home! The neighborhood was nice and within close proximity to food and coffee. The ocean was a short drive of maybe 10 mins giving traffic. The only downfall which was probably just for our stay was directly next door they were tearing down a house and the noise was a bit unbearable some days so we just went somewhere In town. If we would have known about this we surely would not have paid what we did for this amazing house, but I don’t think the owners knew it was happening. I did reach out to them and sent a video of it but unfortunately didn’t hear back. Other than the demolition everything was perfect!!!.

My favorite to this house was the very hot hot tub and pool. The kitchen is huge and has a great overlook to the rest of the living room, pool table, dining table and beautiful outside. This house is also located in a really wonderful neighborhood. If you happen to have a boat the bridge to get to this house is a bit low but can easily get through on low tied. While I was there the neighbor had some small birds which you could barely hear but made it seem like a tropical paradise while outside. High recommended to stay at if you are looking to get away and relax.

Really really nice property. Beds were very comfortable. House was pristine…. Safe neighborhood. Only thing that could have improved was communication with hosts. Slightly slow to respond.

Great property. Great location. We needed Martin to come help get some of the sound system and lighting system working. Otherwise great.

We enjoyed our stay. The interior of the house is even nicer than the photos. The finishes and design are great and the house was totally clean. Really fun to cook in the kitchen on the huge Viking range and keep our wine in the 6ft+ wine fridge! The backyard is nice, but it could use a bit more upkeep. We weren't able to use the grill/outdoor kitchen, it hasn't been maintained. There were also a ton of mosquitoes, likely due to standing water and some unkept landscaping. However, it didn't detract too much from enjoying the house.

If it’s wasn’t for me constantly calling and texting the hot tub would have not been hot... the outdoor kitchen hasn’t been taken care of so don’t expect it to work, you will be grilling inside. All In all everything else is what it looks like, beautiful! I would defiantly stay again.

We absolutely loved it and the location was awesome

My girlfriends and I had a fantastic time at this house. It is super clean and well stocked. The pool and spa were lovely and overlook the canal. Lots of wildlife to watch too. We will definitely be back!

The location is great, close to local shops and beach and the neighborhood is peaceful. I was particularly impressed with the architecture of the home. The property owner was always a text away to answer any questions or concerns. I felt right at home. Thank you Katie for hosting us!

Property was amazing. Location was perfect. I was there this trip for business and wanted a place that was quiet and close to everything. This house fit the bill. The cherry on the cake, was the Kitchen. I had my chefs come and make dinner, and they praised the kitchen in the home. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you for hosting me.
