Dirty, poorly maintained condo. Horrible, unjust, outrageous treatment by the property manager, Terian.

We had a great experience here ! Very clean rooms , clean bathrooms, and Tons of great restaurants & Shopping within 10 minutes of the place. There is a TV in every room & trash is collected and a big walk-in closet in every room . The Wi-Fi is great (if you need to work ) and the in unit washer & dryer is nice too !

Condo was just as described. The hosts were very friendly and super responsive from booking al the way throughout the stay. Their instructions were delivered exactly on time and were very descriptive. As stated in other reviews, its on the 3rd floor so you do have to be able to do stairs, but the advantage is no residents above you. This is right off of a highway so it's super easy to get anywhere in the Dallas/Ft Worth area. Staying in Nov, we had to use the Air Conditioning and Heat, both worked well and the condo was always very comfortable. We used the hot tub one day and were the only people in the pool area. It's a large pool so it would be nice if you are staying in warmer months. I would recommend and stay again!

Family had a great time! The place was perfect and the hosts were awesome too! Definitely recommend!!!!!!

The property manager, Terian, kicked us out on day 3 and told us we had to be out in 2.5 hours. We went to TX for my son to have surgery. We arrived in Sunday and got everything set up that we needed for the next 10 days to feed and take care of my son post op. The day after my sons surgery someone from a pest control company showed up and asked to come in and check to see if the infestation had cleared. I said I didn’t know anything about that and I was only renting for the week. Then I asked what kind of pests and he said bed bugs. I asked when they had sprayed and he said he wasn’t sure. The pest controls man left and I messaged Terrian immediately and requested he call me to get more details and he called me right back. I told him that I am pregnant and my son just had surgery and that I was not happy about not knowing about the recent spray due to the chemicals around my son also the possibility that there were still possibly bed bugs in the condo. He said he didn’t have to tell me that. Which I suppose is true. However they did come to the door and at that point O had the right to ask the questions. He immediately started saying I was cutting him off ( and he was the one cutting me off) and saying that I had a voice disguiser and I was recording him??? I said that was insane and asked him to call me back to see if that would fix what he was supposedly hearing and he said no and told me we had to be out in 2.5 hours and he was canceling the reservation on day 3. I said repeatedly my son just had surgery and we had no where else to go and he did not care. I immediately called VRBO who sent me to the next level customer service about 7 times, all the time I was in the phone with them I was packing and my husband was trying to find somewhere else to stay. The last service rep from VRBO said they would refund me the money and because he was not allowed to kick us out for no reason and he was stating he would not give the money back. It’s now several weeks after and instead of VRBO calling me they send one question emails asking about the situation. After he was told he could not kick us out bc We did not break the house rules he changed his story and said he was kicking us out bc we never gave the names and ages of the people staying. To which I told VRBO that made no sense. If that was the reason than why did he give us the passcodes to get in the condo and contjbye our reservation and take our money. I also had conversations through messenger

The property was found to be as described. Be prepared to climb two flights of stairs to the third floor of the apartment complex. This should be listed in the property description. The apartment was clean and decorated well. Some noise can be heard from adjoining apartment and road. Beds were comfortable -queen size. Everything was found in working order. Lighting was generally good. We were pleased with our stay and would return.

We had a lovely stay at this property. Close to lots of shopping, dining and indoor activities. Be mindful it does take a couple of sets of stairs to reach the property. It is a gated community so parking was an issue later in the evenings, though we were able to find parking most of the time, some nights it was a bit of a walk. The beds were too firm for me, but husband and kids slept fine. Would return.

The apartment was perfect for our needs. A beautiful place with a pack and play for the baby which made everything so much easier for us. Our stay was very enjoyable and we will definitely be back next time we are in the area. Thank you for making everything so easy for us!

Very nice listing. Location was prefect with plenty of dining, shopping and entertainment establishments near by. Had a very home like feel with plenty of space for our party of 5.

The property was exactly as described, well maintained and clean. Jamie and Terianwere great host, they responded within minutes if we needed anything. I would highly recommend staying here if your in the area.

Beds were very uncomfortable. Towels are too small and wore out. Otherwise, our stay was good. Apartment is very clean and conveniently located.

First experience with VRBO. It was excellent from start to finish. The property was super clean, spacious enough for our group of 6 adults and a child. The pool and grill area was beautiful. The apartment community itself was quiet and the people were kind. We stayed a week and weren’t disappointed in anything.

It was a good stay - the kitchen had limited serving sets and we needed warm bed spread and blankets. The towels were very thin and small. Usually the VRBO places I have stayed have had better quality towels and blankets

We enjoyed our month long stay at this clean, cute, and comfortable apartment. The communication was always very quick and above all else, we felt cared for during our stay which happened to be during the infamous winter snow storm.
