Menu for room services were different from down stairs that caused mix up some staff were unable to give proper info due to lack of English and towels and bed linen not changed often enough

The included breakfast was excellent, as was the calming music in the lobby. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot, water and tea provided in the room. Would definitely stay again.

WIFI instructions/password should be provided when checking in or in the guidebook in the room (had to go to the desk and ask about it). The power was a little confusing-- I had never been in a hotel where you place your room key in a slot to have electricity in the room. I went for a couple hours thinking the power was out. I made the mistake of opening up the window in the first hour of being there--let in some bugs that kept me up in the night.. I learned my lesson though

Booked the standard room. It was good. Comfy bed.

The receptionist that welcomed me didn’t speak English very well. I had to repeat and correct alot of information. She didn’t have my booking and kept insisting that I didn’t have a reservation. After back and forth we managed to fix the problem and she was friendly at last. The ceiling of my room was leaking.
