Smart apartment in a handy location

Some minor cleanliness issues

It was very quiet and comfortable

Couldn't get the state of the art oven to work

Nowhere to leave bags - the check in was after 3pm

Location.

Where do I start? Booked a flat for 4 - but was only prepared for 2 (missing beddings, towels, toiletries). No suger provided for the tea/coffee. The flat was generally dirty - video sent to Absolute Stays Ltd. - poor ownership take from the management.

Flat was lovely and clean! Great location and easy to get to. Everything you would need for a short stay. Kaleigh was really helpful and easy to get in touch with.

You have to pay a £300 damage deposit which I was a bit wary of. You are able to pay this via credit card if you ask as they initially ask via bank transfer, but this does have a fee. Deposit is returned but I did need to chase this - Kaleigh was great in sorting this out.

Clean and simple and the apartment was well furnished.

Great location. Wonderful comms from the host from the outset.

Parking is a challenge, however not impossible.

First class location, cleanliness and very efficient and friendly staff.

MInor point, small windows in both rooms only had nets. Lack of privacy in evenings and awoken very early by day light. Informed staff who will address this with the owner.

Fantastic location, close to town and station, modern and clean throughout. Felt safe and secure when travelling alone. Great communication from the host. Highly recommended.

Good location, 15 minutes walk into St Albans, 20 minute drive to Harry Potter. Spacious and well equipped. Not too expensive

Parking was a little walk away, at the station. it’s a bit pricey in the week but much cheaper at the weekend. Just a little thing, but there were two long windows with only a net curtain up. we were glad we didn’t stay in summer as it would have been too bright to sleep in the morning.

The property was amazing and had everything we needed including bread and Tea and biscuits!

Having to leave

The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the train station, we walked in and were extremely happy with everything. It’s very spacious with a lovely comfy bed in a nice size bedroom. The lounge has a sofa bed, table and 4 chairs and a nice kitchenette with everything you could ask for if you were self catering. It’s also very close to the town or a 40 minute train ride to London. If we stay in St Albans again I would definitely look at booking here again.

Apart from the heating and hot water , everything was great .. I think you should leave some instructions for the heating system you have in this property..
