All was perfect

Nothing to complain at all

Das Hotel war bestens ausgestattet, sehr sauber. Das Personal war stets freundlich, zugewandt und überaus hilfsbereit. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet!

Where do I begin. The staff were amazing from the moment we stepped out our Uber to the moment we left and even helped with the luggage’s to/from Uber. We were shown our room directly from a staff member who explained everything in the room. Now to the room. It was the perfect stay for 5 days. Rooms were nice and big. Beds comfortable with small living space. Balcony had the most amazing views. Bathroom was a decent size. The spa was very nice. I had the best massage. I spent a lot of time here. Rooftop pool was relaxing and quiet. The burger at the restaurant was so good I went back twice. Breakfast was very good with a lot of options and if they don’t have something out like avocado the staff brought me some. Location was fantastic! Overall staying here was a great experience that I would be recommending to others

Two small complaints. I think regardless of time kids under 16 shouldn’t be allowed in Spa. They are allowed after 6 and don’t know how to be quiet. Toilet room which is not inside bathroom is extremely tiny and it was a bit uncomfortable.

nothing that stood out really, one member of staff at breakfast was particularly pleasant.

There was two issues with my room that I reported on departure, I wasnt angling for anything. The receptionist made a song and dance about why I didnt report them (the black out curtain hanging off the rail and the bath failing to drain). I shouldn't need to report things like that in a 5 star hotel, I wasn't there to snag the room ffs. House keeping visited the room daily why didn't they report it and ensure it was rectified. Overall it felt like a posh old peoples home
