We throughly enjoyed our trip to beautiful Ouray!!! The location of the rental was perfect. Easy walk to all surrounding hikes, which we loved not having to drive anywhere. Close walk to main hot springs which was great and convenient. We could easily let our kids walk home while we shopped around and knew they were 1/2 block from main shopping/dining area. The space was nice and it had plenty of beds and space for our family and fur baby. Only thing I’d ask for in the future is they gave you these great bathroom soaps and shampoos. They also had a kitchen set with stuff to help but we only had 1 dishwasher pod and we were staying I believe 5 days. Certainly not expecting 5 days worth but a few would have been nice. Even a email with suggested things to bring in advance so I’m not paying tiny market place prices in town to wash daily dishes. With a family of 5 we went through dishes easily and had to run the dishwasher a few times. I did bring laundry detergent even thought they had some there but dishwasher pods we only had one in the house. All and all the property was nice and large and we loved your location!!’n

The house was perfect! So roomy for 6 people, nestled in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything. It had everything we needed plenty of towels and kitchenware for us to cook. Loved all the windows and the view. The only thing that would make it even more perfect would be a hammock on the porch or a porch swing. Hopefully we’ll be coming back!

My family and I stayed a week at the house. It was in a perfect location with a wonderful view. The house is well maintained and it is very spacious. We will definitely stay here again. We have been coming to Ouray for many years and this was our favorite house.

We really enjoyed our stay in Ouray. The condo slept 8 of us comfortably, was within walking distance to town, clean and cozy and had great parking for our truck and trailer.

Condo was very clean and comfortable. Nicely furnished. It was very well equipped. The views were spectacular. Loved sitting on the porch in the morning drinking coffee and seeing deer and also grilling. We would definitely stay here again. Location was great, as we could walk anywhere in town. Ouray is a favorite vacation destination

We loved this place - spacious, quiet, comfortable AND Ouray. The outdoor common space was also awesome - it had several areas to hang out with coffee/wine & a book, or gather for dinner. We'll be back. One caution - internet speed. We've found this to be fairly common across VRBO/AirBNB. Here access is shared across several units in two buildings, so watching movies on satellite channels is fine, but watching content from your own devices is not viable (even if downloaded)

Right in Town
The location of this unit is amazing. You are one block in off the main drag but feels like you are miles away. Mountains right in front of you and a river one half block away make for a beautiful scene. Patio is shared and shaded under huge spruce trees and gives you chance to visit with others from other parts of the country if they are out there. Place seems like it was recently painted and redone so is all modernized since it is in an old building that is rather wonky overall. Size of rooms would allow for king size beds and that would be nice but they added twins in for extra sleeping. We had an issue with a lock not locking and management was very responsive; however, it still did not get fixed by the time we left. You are below another unit so you hear the people upstairs walking and moving things if they are present. Overall cute place with everything you need and walking distance to all of town, river and mountain trail.

Three generations under the same roof with room to play games, cook meals and plan adventures. The check-in is a breeze, and everything worked for the entire week of our stay. The property is perfectly situated - a short walk to main street or the Ouray pool complex, but far enough off the beaten track to be quiet and private. This was definitely one of a best family vacations.

We spent a lovely week here and enjoyed walking to town, grocery, easy access to Perimeter Trail by Box Canon. We enjoyed cooking and loved the front stoop area that was nicely shaded.

I have stayed at various properties in Ouray scores of times over the last 15 years, but this is the first at Mission Rock - and it will not be the last! Three generations under the same roof with room to play games, cook meals and plan adventures. The check-in is a breeze, and everything worked for the entire week of our stay. The property is perfectly situated - a short walk to main street or the Ouray pool complex, but far enough off the beaten track to be quiet and private. This was definitely one of a best family vacations.
