The staff was personable and incredibly helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. A variety of breakfast items available. Hotel was clean, beautifully appointed and centrally located. Our room was fantastic. The luxury suite included a really comfortable king sized bed and the upstairs loft had two twin beds. Perfect for a family of four.

We stood in an awesome room with 3 little windows to the main street, in which we could see the mountains and the city. The location is perfect, in the heart of Cortina. The staff is nice and the place is clean. The beds and bathroom are really good!
The breakfast is the same every day. It would be nice to have some things different once in a while.

The location is good if you want to be in the center, but parking is hard to find and it's paid separately, even at the hotel. Staying outside the city was way more beautiful and relaxing.
It was simple and not good enough for the money. The hotel lacked slippers and water bottles in the room. The shower gel and the soup were awful.
