It was the worst holiday I've ever had my daughter lay down on mattress and springs came out mattress and cut her arm and there also was other damage and dirty nickers in chair so this wasn't a clean or safe place to stay

Nothink as holiday was ruined by what happened to my daughter

The location couldn't have been better less than a minute walk from the beach and nice and quiet.

The only improvement I would suggest is to put a hoover in the caravan as I like to hoover before we leave a caravan just so it is as clean as possible after our stay

The caravan was clean and in a nice safe location. The surroundings were quiet and I liked the local wildlife milling around the place. The beach and local amenities were close by. Club Tropicana was actually really great and the chicken shop over the road was incredible, as was the chinese takeaway.

There wasn't even basic items such as towels, soap and bedding. All basic necessities are 'optional' extras. If you book through booking.com then anything they say you get on the email, you actually don't. We found that out after we got there. It felt like a scam and you can;t really do anything about it, so a very frustrating start the the holiday. Basically, if you want to stay here, you might as well temporarily move house. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. So uncomfortable that we had to come home a day early. It's been a week since I've been home and I'm haing to see a phisiotherapist for my back and shoulder pain, so rememebr to bring your own matress. There isn't any aircon, or even a fan. The Wifi is very expensive.

Having booked and paid THEN being informed that bedding and pets would cost extra I have no problem with paying extra's but forced to do so because I wouldn't be able to get a refund, I think booking.com should be more upfront.

Sue on the concierge service (through the app) was amazing. The process of locating the caravan after booking was painful and caravan was run down (damage) and not aligned with booking photos

Damage to furniture and cupboards in caravan. Photos did not match the caravan. Beds were not comfy and had to pay 24.99 for bedding which was stained and not used.

The caravan itself was in a quiet part of the park, spacious and less traffic with its own little drive to park on

The companies communication from the get go was awful, they leave it right until last minute to give you any details about where you are going (I.e a few hours before) which made me very anxious. We got there late afternoon and the oven didn't work or shut so we couldn't cook ours or our children's dinner, and being a Sunday and bank holiday weekend there was nowhere open to help. Don't leave you basics like oven trays, salt, pepper, tea towel or extra bin bags or even washing up liquid. Usually when j book these at the very least they put you tea bags or a bit of milk for arrival. Now I'm still waiting (after 10 working days) for part of my damage deposit back which they took in two parts for god knows what reason. Honestly I would avoid and will be avoiding in the future. Oh and the "pool" that you get access too to book in on the park...you've got absolutely no chance, it isn't on the same park and is pre booked well in advance so got my children's hopes up about that with no pre warning about having to book either.

All the extras/add on we had to pay after booking. Bedding bundle was just dumped in the lounge area for us to make our own beds. Bedding was all Ill fitting and not overly clean. Not enough cutlery/plates/glasses etc. don’t know how you would eat/cook there.
