There were an AWFUL LOT of rules to follow - it almost felt like a dormitory experience!
The lift was aged and at one point wasn't level with the ground and my elderly mother tripped getting inside

This place is very neat.
It has new furniture and bedding.
I didn't like the fact that gabbage was kept in the corner next to the elevator, it was very unsightly.
