An impeccable service, luxurious atmosphere, comfort, and attention to detail that made my stay at InterContinental Baku truly unforgettable.

Locations is great! We walked everywhere, never took a cab.
Rooms are quite spacious.
I think the Price-to-quality balance is tilted more towards Price on this one, although overall hotel was great. I was just expecting a little more from Intercontinental brand. And staff was a bit disorganized during breakfast and in fitness area.
The steam rooms were not working and the technician responsible for maintenance was just absent that day.
Also the pool is just nothing like the picture - its is way smaller in real life. But that's ok.

Staff is polite and helpful. Beds are great, not too soft. Rooms are clean.
Staff is not sufficiently trained. They try at their best, but not trained like in Hilton, JV Marriott or Hyatt
TV set was down last night.
Suggest to provide housekeepers with checklist. They forgot few things (like, taking garbage from bathroom)
