La nevera no funcionaba, olia mucho a cerrado al llegar, en el baño solo habia toallas para 1 persona, baño muy pequeño, el desayuno poco variado y la fruta sin cortar por piezas enteras.

The localisation is perfect to visit the city. The staff is really kind and available for any help.

The soundproofing is not perfect except that nothing to report.

Great location

The hotels' rooms are 2 starts. Terrible design, poor quality furniture, horrible bathroom, no attention to details, mould in the shower, no maintanance, poor quality doors covered in wood immitations, sauna was out of order during the three days, missing tiles in the steam room, small swimming pool, the wood around the pool was a hazard...except the lobby which was better, the rest was a 2 star. The garder roof was in the same situation. It is a beautiful hotel, but requires a complete renovation. We are truly disappointed.

A 4* hotel with 5* service. In a quiet neighbourhood of Fatih/Istanbul. Staffs were very helpful, especially Fatih (the young tall guy with optic) who was always around from the day we arrived until our departure, helped with all the heavy luggages that we (family of four with young kids) had. Manager Yusuf was also very helpful, communicated clearly and promptly with any queries we had prior and during our stay. Breakfast had decent selection and lot of varities, beds were comfy, aircon was adequate, bathroom was spacious (shower cubicle). The SPA facility is there (small heated pool, steam, sauna, hammam - all works fine) but not manned/no massage service but they arranged our treat with another (5mins walk) SPA with Balinese maseur. We found pool area is quiet in the evening. There's a well-lit park beautiful park right in front of the hotel where we could relax, sometimes local families/kids gather around (not crowded) to spend evening time. Roof is accessible, view of sea and the skylkine of old city from there is amazing.

Some part of the hotel could do with some rework; lights and aircon look tired; pool is very small. Hotel is within 15/20mins walk to major tourist attractions (Ayasofia, Blu mosque, Topkapi palace etc.) but you have to climb steep hills to get there and often footpaths are not wide enough to walk comfortably - something to keep in mind for peopel who would struggle to walk steep hill but that's probably most of the old part of Istanbul anyway.

Breakfast selection was ok not the best, location was great, staff were excellent, hotel and rooms were clean and staff were all friendly and always smiling and very helpful.

Had a smell from the pool area and also one of our rooms bathrooms for one day, pool was a bit small and crowded at times, could do with a booking policy so guest can enjoy the facilities.

The roof terrace has a perfect view on to the port and entrance of Bosphorus. Sitting on the terrace, observing the sunset and drinking a good red wine. Perfect.

This is a 4-star hotel, but they do not have their own kitchen to prepare meals. There is a possibility to order a meal but it is not prepared in-house in the hotel, arriving within 40 minutes by courier.
