It was great, just confusion on where it was. The address listed took us to the Welcome Center and they directed us to the Meeting House. A very nice place.

The Meeting House wasn’t open when we arrived and there weren’t any directions in any communications from Lake Stay of where to go. The room was just the perfect size, very cozy. However, we couldnt help but feel a bit mislead in that besides the small beach no lake side amenities were available to guests and were limited to "owners only". Although everything else about the property, staff and community was flawless we couldnt help but feel a bit disappointed in the management's decision to not show hospitality towards guests. The amenities for guests are nice but nothing to write home about, which is disappointing in that the others we were not allowed in would have gotten 5-star reviews. Felt gimmicky.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived, we had no idea where to find our room and had to go inside The Meeting House to ask the bartender. He said it around the corner, through a door and up the stairs. Around the corner, the walkway was filled with boxes of supplies and we couldn't even see the door. When we found it, it was dark inside and we had to find the light switch to walk up the stairs. Our room had no hooks or rack to hand our clothes on. We draped them over two chairs in the room. No place to hang towels after a shower. The king mattress had a hump in the middle and rolled to either side. The room was cold due to a cold front that had blown in. The only temperature control was in the hallway outside of the room. The coffee supplies on a table in the hallway hadn't been filled so there was no creamer, sugar or stirs. I called and left a message and the property manager did offer to move us to another room for the next night, but by then we had decided to leave one night early.

If you want to sleep in a canoe this is your place.

Be sure to note when most restaurants are open as we found that most places are only open on Thurs, Fri, Sat, & part of Sun. The coffee/bar portion of the Meeting House was closed for all of our stay so we ended up going to the grocery store since there isn't any other place onsite to purchase food/drinks when staying during the week. Due to the weather/rain/closures, we decided to cut our trip short since there wasn't much to do. The room was very clean and bed was comfortable. The tv had streaming and cable which was a plus since we couldn't get out to explore in the rain.
