Good location, large rooms with great facilities. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful especially as we booked the place very last minute.

The bathroom door downstairs did not lock and some of the mattresses could do with replacing but otherwise a great stay.

The kitchen and the appliance are good and well furnished Generally the main bedroom is nice decorating, I appreciate the light integrated in the bathroom mirror The size of the house is good and conform to the description, Small nice garden behind as described. WiFi was there working very well

Main issue : the 1st floor bathroom shower is clogged; Hence on our arrival the first user (on 6) did not notice it and quickly as it s an italian shower style (flush with floor level) the bath room was almost full of water. Later on, we discovered that it looks not to be the first time as there is stains on the kitchen ceiling just bellow. Consequently water pass through the floor and drop in the kitchen bellow. The morning after on when we want to plug/switch on any electrical appliance in the kitchen all the ground floor socket fuse went off. I guess water remains in the wall, this might explain why. General aspect: the house have a bad house keeping (photo attached) not in term of cleanness (it was acceptable), but about key furniture or basics: refer to photo attached) MAIN ROOM The door room was broken! : the hinge of the door was broken; the door was place against the wall!! Of course cannot be fixed nor closed, (no intimity) -just near the door placed against the wall, the wall was punched -one wall light was broken -on side table light was not working properly -the angle of the cabinet was broken SMALL ROOM - the lock system was damaged, as well as the door it self at the locker location - stain on the wall (no paint) CORRIDOR -several marks of paint, not made uniform (looks there were some damages, but partially repaired), not even straight or by band DINER ROOM - Just for information; the pressure of the fire extinguisher is down, not sure it can be use - TV not connected to any local channel (The Wifi box is there), may be missing cable from the bow to the TV. - Curtains installed reverse way, not well fixed GENERAL -Despite received instruction no "local Permit" available to secure outside parking in the street. We come on a week end, and hope i will not get any fine, but for week stay, there is no permit to park. - 1st Floor bathroom: missing top front panel of the cabinet - we cannot fix the temperature - camera (on duty?

The accommodation was in close proximity to the intended location. Owner was easy to contact and answered any questions we had with ease and speed. The property is fit for use however, it would benefit from some attention to detail :).

Host did not have enough toilet tissue for the guests and did not rectify the issue even though we had contacted him about it. The beddings and pillows had blood and other stains and had to be removed in one of the rooms. The shower upstairs has no door and each time it was used, it led to it being flooded. A downstairs shower is available but appeared to be “out of use” as it wouldn’t come on. On arrival, slugs were found in the dining area. Some of the amenities ie shelves appeared to have been broken and flimsily placed. The living room sofa also appeared to contain some remnants of previous stays such as used balloons, vapes, stains on the sofa etc.

The convenience of the location was perfect for what we needed. The cleaner was nice, friendly and helpful.

Wifi didn't work, Owners never replied when trying to contact them on numbers provided to try and sort issues. Mould and mushrooms on the kitchen ceiling, no garden furniture to sit on and cigarette butts all over the floor. Upstairs shower was crap and never drained away and flooded bathroom. Interior decor touched up but not immaculate as the pictures show.

Failed wet room upstairs flooding the bathroom when being used with water running down through the floor and ceiling to the kitchen below with evident staining. Toilet seat broken, both doors didn't lock on the bathroom and separate toilet. Struggled to empty the sink. Very patching poor painting and décor, curtains on back to front in front room, stained bed covers, pillows ponged, beds uncomfortable, floors dirty, cigarette butt and debris under sofa cushions, windows grubby, bedroom light fitting hanging off damaged, most doors poorly hanged, décor finish very poor all round, outside cladding door head missing, roots growing on top of the fake grass. Joint butts hanging out of the external ashtray. electricity kept tripping on all down stairs sockets when kettle trying to be used. fridge tripped, no help given other than texts. No Wi-Fi was available at all and only limited TV during our stay as the codes didn't work for the Wi-Fi and the sockets tripped several times.

Electric circuit downstairs kept tripping out.

Lovely place and alright for money good if there’s a few putting money to it.

Host didn’t answer when code wasn’t working at first so was outside in the rain for a while but they answered phone in the end so it was ok.
