Hyatt Centric Downtown Denver

Good location, very comfortable beds, good staff. House keeping staff was very good.

The card type room keys were a little bit worse than shit. To a much more minor point. The T.P. holder is insufficient. You touch the TP and it ends up on the floor.

Well located. Friendly staff. Good restaurant. A good experience overall.

The room lacked a mini fridge, only a cooler that couldn’t keep the water cold. There was no complimentary water, only sparkling water priced at $9.00 each. The cleaning was satisfactory, but there was dust on the coffee machine that had never been cleaned, and there was also dust on the toilet paper holder. One cleaner left her cleaning supplies on the bathroom counter and a cleaning towel in front of the coffee machine. I moved everything to the bathroom floor, and the next cleaner left there for two days without removing it.

Not enough waitresses to handle morning rush in the restaurant

Location and valet

Beds are not comfortable at all. Walls seem thin you can hear every little noise outside your room.
