Dining room seats 4, overhead fan, mirror wall, breakfast bar with 3 stools. Primary bedroom has queen bed and TV. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Third bedroom has 2 twin beds. Bed and bath linens included. Deck off dining room with ocean views. Barbecue (must be used by the garage and returned to garage after use). Wireless Internet. Clean, cozy, and convenient to the beach
Centrally located property about a block from the beach and walking distance to multiple shops and restaurants. Clean and well-maintained.
Note: 1. Only one bathroom upstairs for the three bedrooms, so someone will need to claim the lower level bathroom.
2. Multiple levels with two staircases up to bedrooms. Difficult on my in-laws who are in their eighties.

Great Property
CLEAN. Convenient location, 1/2 block to beach, easy walk to downtown action and the pier. Well-stocked for fun. Private 2 car garage. Comfy beds. Good instruction books for TV equipment. I've recommended to friends who already booked through CVR.

Easy, friendly, and professional. Great location just a block from the beach and few from shopping. The place was clean well stocked with and easy instructions. We did have to call for them to change the batteries in the fire alarm as it began chirping. They had a person there within the hour. Will go back for sure.

Tradition ❤️
Every Labor Day weekend we go to pismo ! We take our grandchildren and our grown kids this is the first time we rented from coastal vacation rental I had to call the office for a new key cause my granddaughter locked us out they came right over in minutes . I booked for next year already . Love this place

Great local spot for Pismo beach and surrounding areas
Great Condo for Six people, only drawback was the couch in the living room, not enough comfortable seating for 6. other than that is was a great place to stay.

177 Ocean View
Great experience from booking , picking up keys and check out. Staff is always friendly. I’m a return customer and will continue to be! Highly recommend coastal vacation rentals for all their locations and the properties they manage. 177 Ocean View is one of our favorites because of how the owners keep it stocked of must need toys and things to make a beach trip memorable. Thank you!

Perfectly Beautiful
The condo was everything as described. Only suggestions I left was that they really need an updated coffee pot that doesn’t take 40 minutes tip make and/or maybe just a good cleaning of machine like vinegar or something ran through it. Also, a bath mat would be nice to step on when out of shower. The condo is within walking distance to downtown area and beach area. Due to family emergency we had to leave one day earlier than expected. I do recommend staying here and hope the rental company takes the suggestions we left and consider them.

Beautiful place to stay
This place was perfect. Took my 5 grandkids for a vacation, they just love the house. Close to the beach, places to shop, eat. Weather was perfect. Couldn’t of ask for the perfect location and weather. The grands did not want to leave, lol. Had car trouble and was able to add 2 more days which was perfect. We will be back.

This was a wonderful, clean condo. Close to the beach and had many nice toys: bikes, chairs, beach toys. It ways perfect for our family of 5! Had a few more stairs than expected, but was very nice.

Pismo Beach - 177 Ocean View
We stayed at this condo for about three weeks. As advertised, it is close to the beach and within easy walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The condo was outfitted with much more in the way of towels, beach items and kitchenware than most places we’ve stayed. The only downside was the noise. The noise was not mentioned in other reviews we saw before scheduling. The end of the block has a turnaround used by trash trucks, street sweepers, large delivery trucks and weekend party trucks, which create a lot of noise in the unit. During the week is not so bad, but on the weekends there are also trucks with loud radios and folks who have walked to and from the bars late into the night. We enjoyed everything else about the condo but the noise.

Great place to stay and very close to everything!
We stayed at this rental property a week ago and already booked it again for October. The place is nice, neat and clean with a parking garage for 2 cars and its location is perfect and it’s close to everything within walking distance. There are a lot of stairs to go up so keep that in mind with your luggage and stuff you’re brining along with you.

Ocean View Experience
We stayed for six weeks and even with the weather being the coldest winter since the '70s, we enjoyed our stay. It's a very clean place and just a stones throw from the beach and the boardwalk. We'll be back.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Pismo. The condo is well-located in proximity to the Beach itself and we took wonderful morning walks on the beach. It's also convenient to shops and restaurants. Having the 2-car garage was perfect so you didn't have to park on the street and compete with the day trippers to the beach. House and kitchen well-equipped.

Pismo Family Getaway
Enjoyed this condo's proximity to ocean and downtown Pismo food options. Condo is located less than a block from the beach yet on a relatively quiet street given it's just several blocks from "downtown". The condo has a convenient 2 car garage with 2 bikes and full washer/dryer. It comes well stocked with all amenities. The only negative (for elderly or disabled) is being 3 levels, there are stairs to negotiate. Otherwise, it's a winner as Property Management left it clean for our arrival. Only hitch was confusion regarding payment. VRBO only debits your credit card for their Service Fee. Everything else must be paid directly to Coastal Vacation Property Management. In spite of my last minute efforts for access information (I incorrectly thought I was paid in full), it took a last minute direct phone call to Coastal to clarify payment hitch and arrange for key pickup.

Great Pismo Beach condo
We had a great stay at 177 Ocean View. The condo was clean, well equipped and perfect for our group of 4. The location was wonderful - one block from the beach and easily walkable to shops & restaurants. Having the garage available for parking was essential as beach traffic can take up most of the street parking on busy days. We appreciated the beach chairs and other equipment provided in the garage as well.

This house was great plenty of room for 6 of us. Easy walk to the beach. Home has everything you need. We had a couple of issues and let the property managers know.

Pismo Weekend
We enjoyed staying at the condo. The condo was clean and included everything needed for cooking and relaxing. The staff at Coastal Vacation Rentals were helpful and made sure we had a good arrival and departure. I would book through them again for a condo that allows dogs.

Wonderful Annual birthday vacation!!
Once again we had a wonderful place to stay while celebrating my Daughters birthday! Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and the beach . The bikes were a great plus as well as the beach equipment! I would definitely rent this unit again!!
