Green Escape Unawatuna

Green Escape Unawatuna genuinely exceeded my expectations. I honestly didn’t expect to find such a lush, calm and vibrant little paradise just around 1.3 km from the sea in Unawatuna. The greenery is incredible, but what really made the stay special was the atmosphere. Waking up to the sounds of birds and little animals instead of traffic and city noise was next-level. It felt like spending two days in a peaceful green monastery almost like a mini meditation retreat, but with amazing food! 😄 The staff were super friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful, and the food was absolutely delicious. Everything about the place encourages you to slow down, disconnect and simply enjoy the surroundings.

If you're looking for somewhere peaceful, green and away from the usual busy tourist atmosphere while still being close to Galle - Unawatuna beach, Green Escape is definitely worth staying at. Two days here felt like a proper reset for me. Highly recommended! 🌿❤️
