In diesem Hotel passt einfach alles. Von der Ausstattung, dem Personal, dem Essensangebot bis hin zur Sauberkeit des Hotels. Alles auf allerhöchstem Niveau. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal da und sind erneut begeistert.

It’s an amazing, luxurious property in a beautiful location, right next to San Andrea village and very close to Brixen and Mount Plose. The hotel has been designed so thoughtfully that almost everywhere you go — from the rooms to the pool, gym and spa — you’re surrounded by incredible mountain views. The staff are fantastic, including the owners themselves. We had the pleasure of meeting the three brothers who run the hotel, and they were incredibly welcoming, down-to-earth and attentive throughout our stay. We were travelling with our 2-year-old son, and everyone went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. A special mention has to go to the restaurant staff, who were absolutely amazing with our son. Every evening, they prepared his place at the table just like ours, including his own high chair and cutlery — a small touch that made us feel incredibly welcome as a family. They were also extremely flexible with our dining times, allowing us to plan dinner around his routine rather than the other way around. One evening when Luigi was unwell, they went particularly out of their way to accommodate us and make sure we could still enjoy a wonderful dinner despite the circumstances. That level of care and flexibility really stood out to us. We were genuinely delighted with our stay and would absolutely return.

Honestly, nothing really stands out; it was a clear 10/10 experience for us! If I had to suggest one small improvement, it would be to have some milk available in the room for tea and coffee. I’m sure that if we had asked, the staff would have happily brought some to us, so this is a very minor point.

Beautiful and harmonious spaces, incredibly neat and well maintained. The spa facilities are amazing. We were about 1-1,5 hours of the major must-see hikes/trails, so location was very convenient. Staff is very friendly and make you feel at home.

Food is ok but nothing special, and flavors become repetitive after a few nights.

Lovely hotel with beautiful views from all parts of the hotel. Great facilities, superb food and drink. Dog friendly. A car is needed to explore the area which has lots to offer. Very friendly staff.
