The location is great! Right in the city.

The rooms aren't well taken care off, needs some remodelling and the toilet surely does need cleaning.

The price is really good and value for money. Something to consider if you are on a budget. Location is okay as well. Just one ride to the city center.

Water pressure is not good. Rooms are kind of old. Towels are worn out. Air-conditioning is not the best. May have trouble getting around late in the evening.

Nothing to like.

It's like a family house where maybe some rooms are converted into rental rooms and we were supposedly have to share the toilet with the person who assisted us. The place is difficult to find. Luckily, we drove our own car to the place. Anyway, we ended up not staying and wasted our hard earned money for the 2 rooms i booked as we were not comfortable with the place.

I suggest maintaining the aircon or changing it. It is too noisy and you cannot rest well.

Make sure that no insects like cockroaches. I've seen two of them.
