Excellent. Good range of choice, good food, friendly and helpful staff.
Didn't use the main restaurant - we can't eat that much food let in the evening. Nothing you can easily do to improve the situation, and my needs were met at another local (doing much smaller bar snacks)
That is NOT a criticism of Blue Bell's services - it is praise for the village as a whole.

The staff were all lovely. Breakfast was very good. The room was clean. Location good to get to Bamburgh and Seahouses etc
Slightly worn, the shower was pretty much a dribble if you ran it hot and the bed wasn’t the most comfortable (but that could just be me). Still very pleased for what we paid.

The staff were lovely & couldn't help enough.
The food was very good, we ate in the restaurant in the evening & breakfast was very good & also a great choice.
The hotel is old, which we knew beforehand, but the rooms are very tired, & need some updating & TLC, esp the bathrooms.
It was clean though.
Just a note to say that the menus in the room should reflect the choices in the restaurant. We had decided what to eat but had to change as they weren't on the menu in the restaurant.
