The location and the ease of getting in and out of the property without a key was great. The unit was very nice and clean. The bedding was very comfortable.
The AC did not work well and it is in a very loud neighborhood so leaving the window open at night made it very loud.

The facilities and location were incredible, as was the customer service, felt instantly welcome.

The location was really great! It is easy to travel from and to to all the places in our itinerary
There is no A/C. I guess it was partially my fault before booking but I expected it to have A/C. But the staff were very accommodating and tried their best to find solutions for us to have a comfortable stay.

Great location.
Good amenities
Comfy bed
Bedding was clean but the shower was a little dirty and there was a some rubbish I found left in a cupboard
Check in was a nightmare. There is a large metal gate that closes at 8pm that you need a code for. Me or none of the guests were given the code and the contact number did not respond and they did not respond to messages. Luckily someone walked by who knew the code.

"Super zentrale Lage. Gute Betten. Tolle Ausstattung: an alles ist gedacht. Wir haben zum Innenhof geschlafen: keine Aussicht, aber dafür ruhig. Das Zimmer war ziemlich klein, aber für unseren Madridbe..."
