1) Such a cozy and well-decorated family tree house, perfect for a 5-day home vacation with teenagers. 2) Perfect location with great sightseeing at any direction, especially the 3 miles away Ficalini and 1 mile away moonstone 3) Nearby restaurant is nice, all neighbors are great 4) Full facility, I especially like the hot tub to relax after long day-time driving and walking

1. Cleanliness: Cobwebs were found on the kitchen countertop and inside the cabinets. The pots and pans were not well cleaned both inside and out. The countertop is not clean, wiping the countertop with a paper towel becomes dirty. The kettle get water alkali, we used bottle water for drinking and making coffee. 2. Broken items: The cabinet door was broken Non-Sticky pans got obvious scratches Some liners near the piano/gaming area had come off All understandable as a pretty old property. 3. the most confusing aspect was the lock - :( With the code from Website, E-Lock only blinked green, but never open the main door. After contacting support, we got a 4-digit PIN to try 3 separate pin pad key lock boxes. After trial couple time with the help of cell phone flash lighting, this PIN only worked with the white lock box, and the key can only open the side door, not the main door. Anyway, we are living with side door access now. Furthermore, later I found that the white key lock box that looked "working" actually constantly stay at "OPEN" state and could not be locked, potentially leading to confusion for future visitors.
