The house is great! It fresh and clear. It looks modern and nice. The host answers questions fast and is very nice. The deck should be improved, but it didn’t affect our rest. The view from deck is amazing. Warm evening, glass of wine… the life is beautiful :) Just one hint for visitors: a button for garbage disposal is under the sink. And switcher near the sink must be turned on. PS. For entrance in neighborhood you have to pay $44. But beach parking available only during workdays.

If you would like to enjoy your vacation, stay away from this house. First, the house has a leaking issue. The carpet in the dressing room of a downstairs bedroom was all wet due to the leaking from the upstairs bathroom. We didn’t find this issue until the last night when we found the suitcase and a snorkel coat were wet. We will have to find a dry cleaning service to clean both the suitcase and the snorkel coat. However, the host blamed us and charged us to clean the carpet. Second, the house couldn’t provide us with a secure place. The house owner never warned us of the potential dog attacking issue. When we were leaving the house on the last day, a dog ran onto the deck and attacked a 7-year old kid in our group. The dog almost made the kid fall down from high stairs. Third and not the last, the house owner requested us to pay an extra high "damage" fee for additional cleaning due to the house leaking issue. We had tried our best to keep the house clean, and we contacted the house owner many times to get cleaning tools and keep the trash. The house owner never provided us tools to clean the floor and we bought the trash bag ourselves.
