We were in town for my son’s wedding. We had family dropping in to say hi and the groomsmen met at the house for lunch before going to the Stonebriar for the wedding. It was fun for everyone to play pool and ping pong at the house. We had a great time. The host was very accommodating and attentive.

Great place to stay! Period. Super clean, extremely nice, and with the pool table, ping-pong, and foozeball table, plenty to keep everyone occupied. Close to everything, shopping, restaurants, and parks. My wife and I pack a cleaning kit with us to sanitize and clean before we unpack, well, after a quick inspection, the kit was packed back in the truck with no need to use. The welcome bottle of wine and cold drinks were a nice touch, and every condiment you may forget to pack is already there. This place was, as my 13 yr old would say, awesome!!

Great house, great location, great amenities, very nice host. Unfortunately the a/c went out (during extreme heat wave) and the house was 90 degrees overnight. Host was not willing to pay for an a/c tech to come over after hours. It was miserable! Also, the kitchen lacked necessary utensils, bowls, pots, etc to cook for a house that sleeps 11 guests! Needs just a little attention and would be AMAZING!

Anyone looking to stay in the Dallas area, and wanting a comfortable stay with plenty of beds in a lovely quiet neighborhood, look no further than the "CASA DE LUJO" listing.
I stayed here for a week and this place was more than accommodating for all my needs. the only hiccup I had was that if everyone in your family tries to logon the WIFI at the same time...... not everyone will get wifi
but that really wasn't a big deal for as it was for others in my family ,,,lol
overall, I had a pleasant stay at casa de lujo, communication with the owner was always fast.
I will definitely stay here again next time I visit my son who lives here in the Dallas area.

We stayed here to attend our daughter’s grad from UNT. The home was very nice and large enough for our group to enjoy their own space when needed. Plenty of activities to enjoy as well. The kids enjoyed ping pong and the adults enjoyed themselves at the pool table. Kitchen was stocked with beverages, coffee, and all the condiments you may forget to bring. Would highly recommend.

We came to town for a baseball tournament and the fields were so close to this house! Host was extremely kind and generous with us having to check in a few minutes early. Contact me quickly when I had a question. The house was homey and our group of baseball boys loved the complimentary drinks! If we ever have a tournament in the colony’s again we hope we get to stay here!

Perfect setup for both adults and children although no children in our group this trip. The neighborhood was very nice, and the house had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with owner was very fast, and we were provided clear instructions. The area had so much to offer, dining, entertainment, shopping, exercise. The location is just 20 minutes from the airport. We ate, shopped, drank, and took a 5 mile walk on a beautiful path by the lake all just right around the neighborhood. The neighborhood felt nice and safe as well to take a stroll around. We traveled with my mom who is 85 and the downstairs master bedroom suited her needs as well as did the sturdy (non Ikea) furniture. After traveling from Phoenix and getting into The Colony, we all appreciated the nice touch of the complimentary refreshments in the refrigerator. It made our stay comfortable .

My family was visiting the Dallas area for a wedding and this spacious property was perfect for us because of its proximity to the festivities. We loved playing pool, ping pong and foosball in the evenings and appreciated the complimentary food and beverage items. Communication with our hosts was easy and timely. Overall this is a nice comfortable accommodation.

We enjoyed this spacious home. The layout provided plenty of room for our extended family to spread out and enjoy different activities at “home” during our stay. The owner was extremely responsive when messaged. The location was extremely convenient and it served as the perfect homebase for our springbreak trip. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The location was very convenient for many things my family wanted to do. We GREATLY appreciated the thoughtful touches and ample supplies (TP, paper towels, laundry and dishwasher pods, etc)! We had a lot of fun hanging out at the house with so much to do (pool, darts, bags on the patio, etc)! We also appreciated the responsiveness of the property owner and the simple check-in and check-out procedures!

The host was very responsive each time I reached out. Asked for early and late check outs and they were so accommodating. I didn’t use neither😩end up leaving before and arriving later. The property was in a great location for all the activities we had planned for the weekend. Definitely would stay again . I only suggested that they get some humidifiers for the house and upgrade the lining , along with a deep carpet cleanse. Being that pets are allowed to stay on this property It was a bit stuffy in there … Overall I would say our stay was great they gave us complimentary wine & sodas along with bottle waters 😃

We had a family gathering for my mother who turned 80. The place was perfect for family games. The property was probably the most well equipped place we have stayed. Everything we needed was there. We were very comfortable and would highly recommend.

We had a group of 7 stay for a long weekend. The game rooms were tons of fun and there was lots of comfortable seating in the TV room and living room for our group size. This is a great place to stay with kids as well for the ping pong, foosball, pool tables, corn hole, and large TV room.
The kitchen came stocked with waters, coffee, and cereal which was very appreciated. Overall a very clean and nice home on a quiet street.
Only downsides were that the AC vents were very noisy and the toilets frequently continued to run after flushing.

If I could rate this 10stars I would.
Rented this place for a reunion with some of my college friends. We have not seen each other in about 5 years and hung out like this in about 8. The house was in a nice neighborhood and it was very cozy. Each room was more then big enough and the common spaces were a great size. The host was extremely helpful and any questions I had, he would get back to me with in 20mins. It was a great price and all directions were clear and easy to understand. Truly if you are in the area stay at this house.

Nice house. Worked perfectly for my guests having come over from DC for a wedding. Owner is responsive and has everything in the house for a proper stay.
