We had a great stay. The second room was really small with the bunk beds in it but we were fine since we wanted our kids in the room with us. Everything was great!

Very nice & roomy for 2 adults & 4 kids. Had everything we needed for cooking. Beautiful view from balcony. Alvin's Island right across the street. Thomas’s Donuts in cafe on site for breakfast. Heated pool was wonderful for kids.

We loved our stay at this condo! It was decorated so cute and fit our family perfect. The view was amazing and we really appreciated the easy check in/out process. With all the amenities and Alvin’s shop attached, we never felt like we had to leave. We will for sure come back for another visit!

This was absolutely amazing, the view was perfect and so beautiful. We loved it! Very clean and staff was very nice.

The room itself was nice and clean but we had smoke detectors chirping for 2 nights until maintenance come to fix them. Also Splash is not as great as it could be. The pools water was ice cold and my grandkids not ourselves couldn’t hardly get in the water. It was also so slippery that my granddaughter fell quite a few times around the pool. Also the bucket has so much water coming out of it that it knocked down some little ones. The access to the beach and the chair rentals was great but the elevators took forever since there are only 2 running per building. We still had a nice time and we’re able to make some great memories with the family.

The property was great, and we really enjoyed our stay. We arrived at 1 am to a broken automatic door, and received an incorrect key box code. I called and received a correct code quickly....sorry about waking the person 😊. Just know that this property has super slow elevators, so if you're impatient, you may wanna book first floor!

This property was amazing. It was spacious and nicely decorated and made you feel at home. If I need to be honest on the cleanliness here goes…the master bathroom was a little disappointing because of the shower/Tub. There was mildew all around the knobs and water spout and the shower curtain as well. I had to go and buy Clorox spray and a new shower curtain. My husband told me to leave the old shower curtain so the cleaning crew could see the amount of mildew that was on the curtain. The new curtain was left because again no one should have to go out and clean before they unpack for a nice vacation. Once that was sprayed down the mildew was gone. Again our stay was so much fun and want to stay there again, but the cleaning crew should take extra precautions in cleaning the condo. Thank you again for such an amazing stay and can’t wait to visit again soon.

The major bonus for us with 3 young Grandsons was the beach chairs being offered with the room!! Less to carry with having beach toys and more to carry already. The pools and splash areas were all well taken care of and Security with the bar pool area kept everyone in check. Excellent place for children!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at the splash resort first time at this condo. The condo is beautifully decorated and very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could need for cooking a meal. My kids loved that there was a blender to make smoothies. The first night we arrived we couldn’t find sheets for the pull out couch but a quick text to the owners and they were delivered promptly. The bedroom closet was stocked full of boogie boards and sand toys. Also a pack and play for little ones. We love all the amenities that splash offers and this condo did not disappoint. We are looking forward to our next visit!

Owners and/or management company were great, excellent communication. The elevators are SLOW and HOT, never understood why they don't have more sets in these big high risers. Not enough lighting in the evening....pool, walkways, grill area are very dark and not safe when you have children or toting ice chests, etc. You have to wait in line for beach chairs which aren't set up until 8am and then even if in front row you still have people who come set up in front of you with large umbrellas, chairs, etc. This should not be allowed. Also the chairs are picked up at 5pm, too early in my opinion. We went for a baseball world series and there are not many areas for groups to gather. Overall a fun place.

With 4 people the hot water didn't last past the 2nd person, but that was the only issue. I fixed a hinge and 2 doorknobs while I was there. No big deal. The property had no security or staff present during the night. The pools are clean, but people donleave their trash strewn about. Someone to stay on top of that would be great. Food was OK in a pinch, but better to go elsewhere. There is public access to the beach between the two buildings. Overall, we had a good time visiting my son at college.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time staying in this condo for about a week. It seemed like the property had been recently updated and was very nice. We had 3 adults and 4 kids (ages 1-7) and had plenty of options for sleeping. All of the TV's allowed for everyone to spread out and pick what they wanted at night if desired. The washer/dryer worked great. The unit even had a decent collection of beach stuff (sand toys, boogie boards, chair...etc) which was very nice so we did not have to buy all of that stuff just for one week. It also contained a pack-and-play that we used as a crib for our littlest one. If we go back to PCB we will look into renting this same unit again!

Let me start off by saying this place was absolutely wonderful!!! I can honestly say I have nothing but good things to say about this place. First off, the condo was sooooo clean. You can smell the cleanliness when you walk in. It was beautifully decorated and very modern. We had everything we needed including dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, bath towels, hand towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, plenty of toilet paper and a hair dryer. The communication with the management was very easy and pleasant. Christina was great and always responded fairly quickly. The Splash resort was very nice. There were multiple pools and kiddie areas. The toddler area was small but my son loved it. The water was warm and he had a blast. The older kid area was also nice but only from a distance as the water was freezing. The lazy river didn’t really move much so it was just ok. The Riptide bar and grill was very convenient and the food and drinks were very good. The resort location was incredible. We were within driving distance to all the attractions. We will definitely be back and hopefully this condo will be available. We were joined by another family who stayed in a different condo and their experience wasn’t as great as ours. They were shocked by all the amenities we has because they had none. Other reviews mentioned problems with slow elevators so I wasn’t looking forward to that but actually we had no problems. They seemed pretty fast m, or atleast normal, to me. We’ve been raving about this place to all our family and friends. Thanks for a great and pleasant stay.
