We loved this townhouse and our family of 10 had a great time even though the weather wasn't on our side this week. Parking in the garage and having the elevator were extremely convenient. Mini-golf across the street and closeness to the Beachwalk was perfect for our daily walks! TVs in living room, 1st floor bedroom and master bedroom worked very well. Having a private bathroom for every bedroom was great for our large family. Some suggestions to make a stay for a large group even better: - Seating for 10 people (extra chairs/table (foldable) would have been great especially since we were celebrating the holidays - Kitchen could use a couple of larger pots/pans, whisk, baking pans and towels (we did a lot of cooking) - Livingroom could use some blinds or curtains - although we didn't have a lot of sun, we felt there was no privacy at night if anyone was on the docks/pool area - Extra bath and hand towels as we had just enough for 10 people but could have used extra. Instead we washed the towels several times during the week since they couldn't dry well. - Although we didn't need this, we didn't see any extra change of sheets for the bedrooms in case it was needed - Since the weather wasn't great, we needed games and there were only a few games to choose from. - The room on the 2nd floor with 2 beds could use a TV as the other rooms had one. - More hangers in the closets. This property is high end with upgrades and is spotless. The beds were extremely comfortable and the king was adjustable. The decor is so cute and relaxing. We loved it!

One of the best stays we've stayed at. It had exactly what we needed. Very clean, comfortable and big enough for 3 families. Location is amazing, walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Community pool is big. Had a gas grill that allowed us to cook out. Melissa as a host was amazing, accommodating and very responsive. Overall, 5 star stay.

We just had the pleasure of staying at Melissa's home over memorial day weekend and had a really amazing day time. The unit is very well maintained and has plenty of room. Location is exceptional as we could easily walk to the beach and restaurants. We had a number of questions in preparation for our trip and Melissa was extremely helpful and always courteous and friendly. Would highly recommend this for any families like ours looking to enjoy everything Clearwater has to offer!!
