Stayed here for the second time with friends. Easy access to the beach and great rooftop pool.

Nice hotel, would stay again. Was a bit disappointing that the rooftop bar did not open a couple of days during our stay but given staffing challenges everywhere it is understandable.

Three bedroom plenty of room to relax. Kitchen well appointed to cook. Pool area was nice and comfortable. Location few blocks from center roundabout and easy walk to beach. Exceeded expectations

This spacious, clean condo is in a perfect location. Close to the beach and shopping and restaurants were an added benefit to stay here. The staff were so helpful and friendly.

Wonderful stay at the Avalon ! Literally a stones throw from the beach and walking distance to all the restaurants and activities on Clearwater Beach! Nice large garage for parking but you really do not need your car once you arrive. The place was spotless clean and the service was great. Loved hanging out near the pool / bar around sunset - with amazing sunset views. Would highly recommend !

Family of 6 (Mom, Dad, Grandpa, 2 teens and a pre-teen) stayed here in November. This building is new, and it shows. Everything is in perfect condition! The building is amazing, great pool, wonderful views, coffee bar was wonderful. The best part were the employees though. They were incredibly helpful and caring. Everytime we walked by the front desk or saw one of them in the halls, they would pause and ask how everything was going. At one point I lost my wallet in a beach chair, and someone else must have taken it to the beach after. One of the employees looked through every chair as they came back, and called me a few hours later to let me know they found it. They were truly wonderful. We stayed in a 3 bedroom city view. Kitchen, dining, living were all great space, everything we needed to cook some breakfast in the mornings, or eat some takeout later that night. Beautiful sunsets from the pool deck. 5 star stay, cant wait to visit again!

We will definitely be returning to The Avalon Club! With 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, full kitchen, washer and dryer, and walking distance to everything, it is now one of my top stays, and the beach was perfect!

The location was perfect, the amenities were exactly what we needed and the property was beautiful.

Everything was amazing, except for one aspect. The HVAC system/blower was in the closet of the master bedroom and was loud, so it was hard to sleep through the night. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Great location! Staff was very helpful! Everything was as advertised and in good working condition. Would definitely stay here again!
