Getting into the property when arrival had to get help to go. in door key pad won't open .

It was a nightmare trying to get in. Two single women arriving after dark, late at night and the door code given to me was incorrect. I had to fumble around to find a contact number, in the dark, as I mentioned. When I reached guest services, they gave me another number.....ALSO INCORRECT! Then the rep started telling me I never filled out the required HOA documents beforehand, which I most definitely had! (All while being locked out in the dark). Please just get us in this house, I replied! She had to contact someone else who had to call me back. We finally, got the call back and gained access to the house. Not a pleasant experience to say the least.

Tired. Kitchen cabinets need refacing. No instructions on shower operation. Waited seven days for response on type of coffee maker provided. Getting in the door was a disaster. Talked with rep to no avail. Codes for door lock and lock box did not work!!

Booking staff (thru vacasa) kept us updated what we need on our way which made it easier to locate the property. It was great that it's that close to the Helen tourist area. We had a very comfortable and wonderful time as we just stayed in for a short weekend away from home with family. The kitchen surprisingly is equipped with kitchenware and utensils you'd think will not have as we always bring our own most times for cooking our meals. Less worrisome this time! House seems newly renovated,made it more appealing.

Made the booking previously thinking that the house includes a pool since that was the first on the list of amenities but confirmed later it was community pool. It would surely be a plus for our private time with family if it did.
