Das Appartement war sehr schön! Großzügig geschnitten! Mit alles da was man benötigt!Das Personal war sehr höflich und freundlich und immer für einen da! Das Frühstück war ausreichend es war für Jeden was vorhanden.Natürlich muss man sagen das es kein europäisches Frühstück ist aber es gab immer etwas. Die Lage ist super der Pool auf dem Dach toll ! Die Aussicht von dort ein Fach der Wahnsinn ! Auch die Nähe zur Metro ist super !

Der Poolbereich war etwas vernachlässigt. Es gab zwei große Hängematten die waren sehr in die Jahre gekommenen auch in den drei Pavillons am Pool war nur in einem die Möglichkeit zu liegen! Das fand ich für Ein 5 Sterne Hotel schade !

The amazing view, the location and the room was very comfortable. Except for the reception the rest of the staff was very nice and the lovely receptionist that served us was adorable.

The breakfast was ok but not much quality, the juices were from a box not fresh super sweet, there was not much choices, from baked sweets or fruits. I did not find the staff at the reception very nice they were loudly speaking with each, no warmth, no smiles, did not feel welcomed. The bar has an amazing view, there was no table, all tables reserved, too many staff all around and very confusing, no one really approached us so we decided to take some pictures and leave.

We stayed there for 8 in September (3 nights and then back for 5 nights). The size of the room was very good, and it looked exactly like in the pictures. As we were travelling with our baby, we were looking for something that provided us space and also some basic facilities to be used. There was a well-functioning kitchen and also a washing machine with dryer. The view of the twin tower was also great. However, the strength of this hotel is only these with quality of services being very poor.

1. some staff at the reception very good but many were very rude. We even got in an argument with one of them because of towel. We requested for an extra towel for our baby and the staff responded that as per their policy only 2 towels are given per room. When I say what will our baby use, they say if there is availability they will give. What type of 5-star hotel says there is no availability of towel? 2. There seems to be little care for babies. On our first stay, the baby cot provided was broken and we had to move it to the wall so that our baby does not fall down. When queried they say there is no other cot available except this broken one. On our second stay, they provided another cot (again broken but slightly better) but with no mattress. When asked why no mattress, they say there is none available. We refused the cot this time and asked them to find a solution as it is unacceptable that a cot is provided without mattress. they did provide us something later though not a proper mattress. 3. Cleanliness - the room was not very well cleaned, and my baby was every time having in his hands dirty stuff from previous persons who stayed there. 4. On my second stay, when we checked in the person just told us you are coming back so you will receive an email (which we never received - when queried, they say it takes time) Nothing further mention at check in, very poor welcome. 5. The restaurant at the hotel was not operated by the hotel so no room service was available. Even calling for us to pick up was not allowed.

Die Lage ist perfekt, einen Katzensprung von den Petronastowers entfernt. Die Appartements sind super schön und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Pool im obersten Stock ist schon besonders.

Das Frühstück war aus unserer Sicht schlecht. Der Frühstücksraum hat den Charme einer Bahnhofshalle und das Buffet ist aus europäischer Sicht schlecht.
