This place was amazing. The view was incredible. The room was so clean. The location was walking distance to dukes and other restaurants. The host was very nice and responsive. I would stay here again and again if i could. Our stay was absolutely perfect.

As advertised, the view from this condo is lovely. And the entire wall facing the water is glass, so when the blinds are open it's like you're outside (you are outside if you open the sliding doors). It's up on a cliff, so you can't jump right into the water or anything - but we did actually see turtles and dolphins in the bay from the comfort of our lanai. The place is exceptionally well appointed. This includes little essentials like coffee pods for the Nespresso machine, detergent pods for the washing machine, and good shampoo and body wash. And although we didn't use it, there's also good beach gear. Importantly, the bed was memory foam and very comfortable for us. Location was great since we were about an hour from both the North and South shores, and a 0.5 mile walk to the nearest restaurants. Communication from the host was excellent. Overall, highly recommended as a couple's retreat. We would definitely stay here again if we're back in Lihu'e.

The unit was beautiful and clean. It had all the amenities and basic necessities. This place far exceeded my expectations. The views are amazing. This was our first time in Kauai and the location was the best. We can’t wait to come back.

Great view, layout is terrific.

Great location, great bay to play in, very clean, modern unit. Owners were very responsive! Beware if you have any issues with stairs that the stairs leading down to the unit are pretty steep but manageable. We Loved having the garage full of our needs.. and not having those things in the actual unit…washer/dryer, cooler, umbrella, wagon, body boards, extra fridge, etc.. don’t make our mistake and load the wagon before going up the stairs..lol. Also don’t load at the top of the stairs either unless your going to walk all the way down and around to the beach (not take the elevator) too many stairs to lift and navigate. Other option would be to load your car and drive down to the parking lot and load from there. We did have an issue with the renters upstairs that had a small child running every morning at 6:00 and every night until at least 11:00. Parents didn’t seem to monitor their child or their loudness. This has nothing to do with the unit itself just our bad luck. Other than that a great stay and high recommend.

This unit has a great layout with lots of storage space. The open shower gives a great view of the bay and the sound of the waves The unit was very tastefully designed and the amenities were spot on. Would definitely stay again

This was a magnificent condo to stay in while visiting Kauai. One suggestion- If you arrive late in the evening, be sure to bring a flashlight. It is really hard to see the building address and the parking area is almost pitch dark. Great place to stay. Only negative is that the a/c doesn't work very well, eventho the repair person stated there was no problem. Couldn't get the temp below 78 degrees.

100% would stay at this VRBO again. Stunning modern design. Check in process was clearly laid out. Unbeatable balcony views. All necessary beach towels and equipment was provided for use. Close proximity to other towns on the island for other activities outside of Līhue.

The property is in a great location close to the airport, about 30 minutes from Poipu and about an hour from both Waimea Canyon and Princeville. You are walking distance to Hualani's. The amenities were great and the lanai has great views of the mountains and the beach. The owner provided check in information via email and we had no reason to contact them our entire stay. We would stay here again and highly recommend our stay to others.

We had a wonderful time in Kauai, especially because of staying in this beautiful home. The pictures are completely accurate. The view is breathtaking from the balcony, the home is super clean and welcoming. We totally enjoyed our stay and 100% recommend this place.

This was the perfect location for us- it was truly paradise. The studio apartment is stunning. We sat on the linai and watched the surfers and beautiful bay for hours. Any time we felt like we wanted access to a resort pool, we took the five minute walk over to the Marriott and reserved a pool pass through Resort Pass. We were walking distance to a ton of restaurants and really loved having our own, clean, space. Lisa was an absolute pleasure to work with as was Arden the property manager. We booked a massage at the apartment through Amy's Mobile Massage and had massages with the doors open listening to the sound of the ocean. I can't say enough about this place- just book it. You will be so glad you did!

We loved our stay. Close to Royal Sonesta so we got the day pass and a cabana. Views are beautiful. Place was clean and more impressive than the photos.

Stayed here for our honeymoon! The place is more amazing in person. The balcony is overlooking the beautiful Kalapaki Bay! We saw multiple sea turtles right below us every day we stayed. The place is spotless and has everything to need! This place also has a handy dandy garage right by the entry door with a shower you can wash off at before going inside. The garage has a washer and dryer and so much beach gear; wagon to haul stuff to the beach, snorkeling gear, towels, sun hat, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, coolers, games. The bed is quite literally the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. It feels like you’re floating on clouds! The whole side that faces the ocean opens completely up so you can hear the waves crashing when you’re in bed. There is AC which is a great touch. The jacuzzi tub you can see and hear the ocean when you soaking after a long day. The walk down to the beach is maybe 5 minutes and an easy walk. Very easy check in process and Lisa communicated great! Would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend. If we come back to Kauai, I know where we’re staying!!!!

Spacious, beautiful finishes, well-appointed, excellent central location, and a beautiful view of the water, beach and mountains. The wall of glass is truly an inspired element.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 days in the beautiful studio! Every morning I enjoyed watching the moon and the early morning surfers on Kalapaki Bay while drinking Kauai coffee! We watched outrigger races and saw honu and stingrays from our balcony. Only thing….microwave and refrigerator were great but you really can’t make a whole meal in the kitchenette. I’m not big on restaurants so it was a small drawback for us.

Fantastic property. Lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves crashing on the rocks below every night. We loved having a coffee or reading on the lanai, and walking to the small lighthouse off the 16th green on the adjacent golf course. Lots of surfers in the bay and saw a sea turtle from the balcony. There aren’t a ton of restaurants/food and drink options within walking distance, but we loved grabbing takeaway and eating in the condo almost more than going out. So relaxing!! Owners were very responsive. Would absolutely book here again.

Let me tell you guys this place is totally, it's off the chain. Everything about it is just spectacular the view, the place, the cleanliness, just everything. I just can't say enough about this place and I have stayed in many places using Vrbo in and out the country. But this place proved to be more than what I even expected. It the views and the sounds.. I just can't say enough about this place but absolutely absolutely absolutely fabulous!!!!!,

Perfect place for a couples getaway! The view is amazing and the unit is gorgeous. It’s in walking distance to the beach, Marriott, Dukes, golf course and general store. The owners were very helpful in our requests for storing luggage until check in and the unit was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. This place is a little hidden gem and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

‘Penthouse’ within the description implied top floor when in fact this was many steps down to the lower level. However, it is none-the-less a fabulous accommodation with sweeping views and lovely location.

Beautiful location, clean, spacious a studio, modern well maintained and provided most everything you will need in daily essentials. What you read is entirely true. Here is what isn’t said: it is a basement unit, still a basement unit with a beautiful view. Unless I am mistaken you are not told that you have to negotiate 22 steps, 13 are steep, narrow, wooden and if it is wet, slippery. Don’t care if you are in your twenties or in your seventies like us it is hard to bring suitcase up these stairs. When we made our reservations about 10 months prior to our arrival and told the owner that we will be celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary there she should have mentioned the steps. Yes, there is a modern washer, dryer and beach equipment but it is not in the unit. It is in the garage outside and you share it with the condo above. Would we stay in this unit again? No. But would stay in another unit in the same building if there were no or fewer steps.
