Eveything was perfect, hotel quirky and just what we were looking for. Room overlooking the Abbey. Just perfect

Really enjoyed the stay here! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were lovely, and the location was perfect for exploring Whitby. Everything was easy and hassle-free from check-in to check-out. Lovely views of the Abbey and sea would recommend.
N/A I couldn't complain I got what I paid for.

UNIQUE QUIRKY DECOR AND AMBIENCE., PLUS SUPERB LOCATION
IN THE BATHROOM THERE WAS INSUFFICIENT LIGHT FOR MAKE-UP, THE SINK WAS VERY LOW AND THE SIDE OF THE BATH WAS VERY HIGH, WITH NO SHOWER FITTING. PLUS THE BREAKFAST WAS RATHER MINIMALISTIC.

Great location, friendly helpful staff. Very quirky with a nice cocktail bar.
Not clean, the rooms were dusty and some of the rugs and bedside tables were stained.
