We had a great time celebrating our 30th anniversary. Property is clean and easy to get to and within walking distance to the places we wanted to visit. Our only complaint was the barking dog in 406….but that is beyond the control of the property manager. Our door access code didn’t work, but the property manager was quick to respond and had us fixed within minutes of me sending a message. If you are looking to visit down town Tulsa, this is one of the best options we’ve stayed in.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights to celebrate our anniversary. We live locally, so already familiar with the area. Easy walk to many great restaurants and bars. Unit is super cute and well stocked. Only minor issue with parking as someone was parked in the assigned spot resulting in us paying for parking (street parking is free on the weekend but didn’t want to do that) for one night. Other than that, we had a great stay! Also, the Drillers had fireworks after their game, and we had a perfect view.

Great location in the Blue Dome area. Lots of things to do within walking distance. The loft was great except for two small maintenance issues. There was a support brace missing under the bed so when you lie down, you roll to the middle. The mattress was comfortable but would have been better off with it just laying on the floor instead of the broken frame. The other issue was a missing shade on one of the large windows. Wearing a sleep mask solves this problem but if you don’t have one, it’s pretty bright in there. Lastly, traffic is pretty loud on the weekends. Lots of hot rods cruising the block. There is a white noise machine provided but earplugs were a must. Would definitely stay here again.

We went to a concert at the BOK center and this was perfect! We stayed all weekend and were able to walk everywhere. The apartment is so cute and just as pictured! You have your own parking spot, and the building is locked. Will stay again!

This condo is nice and clean. The kitchen, fridge, and utensils came in handy. My only complaint is in the morning it can get bright because one of the window blinds which is facing the bedroom area doesn’t roll down.

The condo was very nice with a great Downtown location. Walking distance to many restaurants. Condo is also very close to the Gathering Place.

My sister and I snatched up this swanky loft for a weekend away and we were so pleased! Melody was quick to respond with any communication and made it all so easy. Our accommodations were beautiful and clean. We have already booked our stay for next year! What a delight!

Overall a nice place. I would stay here again. Listed as sleeps 4, but has one king bed in an open loft style. A blow up mattress is available but takes up the remainder of the living space if used. We used ear plugs because of the city noise and I would highly recommend a sleep mask because there were incomplete blinds and the blinds there were only sheer blinds that didn’t block the light. The place would be MUCH nicer with some room darkening blinds. Those are my only critiques though. The place was clean and in a great area of Tulsa with many nice restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our stay.

The property was as advertised and perfect for our concert weekend. It’s a short walk to all downtown has to offer!

We were glad to be able to walk everywhere downtown: restaurants, the Greenwood Museum, Art Deco tour, the Bob Dylan Museum. And parking was easy. The owner requires an insurance deposit and has up to two weeks to refund it to you; the length of time was unclear to me but the refund came through on schedule.

If you are looking for a place in the heart of it all this is the place. You can walk to all the places you want to eat and or visit the little shops. The loft itself was very cool and had everything needed. Side note the bed was very comfortable as well.

Apartment was awesome! Only complaint was there was no soap of shampoo for showering. Everything else was great.
