Really enjoyed our stay. Great location some restaurants within walking distance. Condo was clean and nicely decorated. Pool/hot tub and pool area was clean and well maintained. Appreciated there being lots of seating around the pool and umbrella tables and loungers. Beach area was well maintained as well.

We had to make several calls (a waste of my time) to correct an internet problem that deprived us of 5 days of TV and the ability to work remotely. In addition, the water heater could only provide less than one shower; we had 7 people. We feel we were cheated from enjoying our vacation thoroughly. For what we spent, we feel we deserve compensation for our lack of amminities. This seriously affected what could have been an otherwise relaxing vacation.

We loved how it had everything you needed. Plenty of silverware and utensils. The view was nice also and the complex is kept up nice! Will definitely stay again!

Nicely appointed condo with many amenities to make staying here easy. Kitchen stocked with ample dishes and utensils to allow for east meal prep. In unit laundry is a nice perk and furnishings are updated and unit was clean. Mattresses were comfortable as well. Keyless access made coming and going from the beach east.

The apartment is nice and clean The only issue we had were the showers,they didn't work well,were very old and not enough water coming out ,i had a hard time showering my kids without a shower handle!Very important for a place by the beach to have plenty of water and shower handled!In Other way the place had everything you need!

We had a nice stay at this condo. The views are spectacular. The unit was clean. We had a few water issues and some bug issues however management seemed to respond quickly enough and were on top of it. The space was nice for all 7 of us, we even cooked a large thanksgiving meal. Thanks for the hospitality.

We loved this property and would stay here again. The parking was the only issue.

The conda had beautiful views and was very convenient to the beach. We used the communal bbq geills several times. It was very easy. The condo had great linens.

property itself was fine. Disappointed in the offshore management company. we needed to print parking passes and were never told you only have one stall. Also disappointed in the fact that other units had access to storage beach chairs and this little fact was never communicated to us - so we had to go buy chairs. Unit was very small for a 3 bedroom as advertised. building itself was OK - bug for theamount we paid - I expected a nicer place.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and comfortable condo! The kitchen is well-appointed and the location and beach are great! The décor is very modern and tastefully done. Very clean and plenty of towels! Nice appliances and large dining area. The "bunk room," while it does have 4 twin-sized bunk beds, is very, very small and would be great for smaller kids (versus what we had was two teenagers and an adult aunt). It is definitely smaller than what the pictures make it appear to be, so not conducive to a bunch of suitcases, so be aware of that. Keep in mind that while this unit is on the end closest to the beach in the complex and has a beach view, the balcony (while large) does not fully face the beach ( faces north and overlooks the pool), so not all on the balcony get a full view of the sunset (my favorite thing) and you do not get the full cross breeze from the ocean as the wall blocks it. We knew this when we booked it, but it was a downside for us personally. But overall, such a convenient location, easy to get to pool and beach, and the property managers were wonderful to work with and very communicative! Great stay!!

The condo itself was lovely. If you will need to take more than one car, it's nearly impossible to find guest parking at the property and very difficult to find parking even within 2 or 3 blocks away. Our unit could sleep up to 10, we only had 6 but we still needed a second car. Check in at 4 pm seems late and with so many people arriving at the same time and not being able to find parking, it is very stressful. I don't think it's worth the price if you are only booking two nights. Between the late check in at 4 pm and early check out at 10 am, you really only have 1 evening to calm down after the parking nightmare and then 1 full day to enjoy the condo and beach. Then you wake up and have to hurry up and get out. I submitted 3 different messages to the owners from the time I reserved the unit with simple questions and never got a single reply except to confirm my message had been received. With the cost of the room plus additional fees, the total cost was a little over $1,300 so I would not choose this unit again unless we only needed to have one car and stay for several days. Again, the unit was lovely and the view is beautiful. There is mention of limited guest parking but I just didn't think "across the street" would mean 2 or 3 blocks away and parking on the street.

Beautiful beach. Great restaurants! Short drive to Clearwater.Only complaint I have is the tub did not drain from day one . We called ,left three voicemails and I finally texted them and no one ever returned our call. The bedroom carpet and plumbing fixtures really need to be updated!
