Friendly, convenient, clean

Nice staff

Water bottle under bed from a previous guest. Usually out of pool towels when at indoor pool. I think drain around pool clogged as flooded around on the floor. Room was okay. Nothing around facility, restaurants within a few minutes drive.

During not mentioned pool is closed. Sofa-bed was very bad.

We chose this hotel based on the high ratings posted on Hotels.com. However, when we arrived we noticed several stains on the carpet (which also had a hole in it). We also found many strands of hair in the bathroom that clearly wasn't cleaned properly. (disgusting!). The bar was not open for some reason-- staff did not provide an explanation. The hallways were a complete mess as well. For the price charged, we would recommend NOT staying at this hotel.

When we first arrived the gentleman that checked us in was super friendly and helpful. The room looked modern, but it wasn’t clean, nor did it have toilet paper. We had to get toilet paper right away. Housekeeping did a horrible job and we didn’t really notice until after we went swimming. They didn’t clean the pull-out couch. They’re were cheerios and chips on the bed of the pull-out couch. The pool was gross. There was stuff floating all over in the pool, I don’t know whether it was food or something else. The pool definitely needed some TLC too, the paint on the bottom was chipping.

Nicely laid out rooms. Great to have a kitchenette. Good location.

The rooms are very large and well stocked with a full small kitchen. . The bathrooms are excellant. My king size bed was comfortable. The pool was clean and appreciated. Breakfast in the morning was waffles, eggs, sausages, hot cereal, assorted juices, assorted bagels, muffins and muffins. The breakfast is terrific. The rooms are a little dated but completely acceptable. This is a great stay for persons visiting Froedert Hospital.

The service we received was very good. The receptionist worked to find us conjoining rooms! Our rooms were nice. There were a few stains on a couple pillows cases and the tub needed a rinse before using. Overall our stay was very nice.

Very Clean

I didn't receive any information from the front desk staff when I arrived. I had checked in online, so was only given my keys. I didn't have the option to use my phone as a key. No info about breakfast, the bar, the pool, or even where the elevators were. I didn't even realize that there was breakfast until I happened to walk through when I was checking out. I liked the large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Good quality products. The location of the stainless steel shower fixture was...interesting. It was at waist height and on the opposite side of where you stand. The room was certainly roomy and comfortable; however, it seemed a bit stale, like nobody had been in there for a while and while it had been cleaned (I think they missed the shower), that it just hadn't been recently. The fridge was VERY loud and I eventually just shifted it off.

Stevie, the girl who does the social hour and breakfast sometimes was outstanding, she obviously steps up anywhere she is needed and treats your guests as friends.. it’s because of her I would chose that hotel over others in the area

We stay in this hotel every year during our visit to Milwaukee. Year after year we are noticing its deterioration. Worse breakfast, poor service, rooms and common areas not very clean.

The staff were consistently outstanding, friendly and accommodating. I stayed 15 days, requesting housekeeping to change the bed, switch out towels, empty garbage, but no one showed up. I called the desk and was told I was put on the list for the next day. When no one arrived by 1pm I called the front desk and was told I was not on the list and would be added to the next day. I shared my frustration with 2 days of not meeting my request and was assured someone would arrive the following day. To my surprise a housekeeper came up right after I hung up indicating she felt bad I did not have my room serviced. She was very accommodating. I also had a day my room was 65 degrees when I awoke. I called the front desk and a maintenance guy was up within minutes and quickly determined I needed a new thermostat. He worked quickly to remedy the problem. All staff were very friendly, professional and efficient. The room could have been cleaner. Floors needed sweeping and washing and carpet needed vacuuming. Coffee pot and toaster need replacement. . Debris on bathroom floor. Was given plenty of towels. Bed was very comfortable. Nice microwave and fridge with ice maker. Nice variety at continental breakfast. I would return especially because the staff were great!!!

We both felt this was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in, and we've spent our share of nights in hotels.

This is our third time staying here and it was great. They checked us in early, they were very friendly as always, the breakfast was great. Looking forward to our next visit.

Excellent Breakfast, Quiet, and Awesome Staff!

My husband and I loved this hotel! Definitely will be staying again next time we are in town for a game! Location is perfect, staff are sooo nice, and so clean

This property was very up to date with pool, gym, washers and dryers, basketball court, and nice outdoor seating. Room was large, eco friendly, and very clean. The staff was fantastic and told us about events in the area.

The staff and management were great. It was awesome they gave root beer floats hotel guests one afternoon. It was just a great atmosphere overall.

Very quiet.

Nice hotel, convenient and pleasant. Stayed here for a concert at the baseball park. Check in was quick and easy. After getting to our room I was sent a message asking if everything was ok. Pool and outdoor seating was very nice. Only disappointment was breakfast. Not much to choose from but I’ve seen the same thing at other hotels since Covid. I would definitely recommend this hot and we will stay again.

I liked the staff and the cleanliness. On the other hand, I wished that you had some sort of shuttle to and from the baseball stadium.
