This is a fantastic hotel, there are so many choices for places to eat in the hotel itself but if you need anything the hotel doesn’t offer there is a huge mall across the road that is more than capable of filling in the gaps. The room was comfortable and spacious with all the facilities you expect from a high class hotel.

All the trappings of a five star hotel at a one star price. This place is an amazing value. Friendly service, great room and fabulous food. I am not sure you could ask for anything better. They haven’t invented anything new here but they have accurately replicated the best of the best. If you are looking for an amazing experience at a bargain price LOOK NO FURTHER, THIS IS IT

I did not like the experience my mother had in this hotel. I surprised my mom for a staycation and they gave her a room with an unpleasant view of the back of a building. The front desk that was trying to help my mom while I was on the phone with her is not approachable and looked irritated everytime we have questions. The buffet was okay and overpriced.

bai Hotel was recommended to our group by a friend and she did us a big favor. Our group of 8 (4 rooms) were pleasantly surprise.d with bai! Rooms were comfortable (albeit on the 'smallish' side and some room features like the cabinets and the shower drain needs some slight maintenance), food is top notch, location is great and staff are amazing! Would stay here again, for sure

Staying here is like a 5 star hotel…Every employee are very nice…Starting from the buffet…This is the best breakfast buffet in Cebu…Maricel took care of us very good and friendly….Room service is 24/7 and there’s a lot of choices, from American to local Filipino food….If you want nightlife…They have the rooftop bar and lounge…DJ and live music….There steakhouse Marble and grain serves the best burger I ever have…Had the wagyu beef burger which is 950 pesos ..bout $20…..A little bit tastier than Gordon Ramsey burger in Las Vegas…I stayed here for 4 days and will be staying here again on my next visit to Cebu…Highly recommend..

Excellent staff service and the food qualify is excellent. The pool was awesome on the 21st floor but the property is super busy with families so if you want a lap swim early morning is best when it opens. Cafe was super awesome being from Seattle. The gym is also very nice with lots of treadmill. Note that the business center is closed on weekends and other than that the place is madhouse of guests so if you are looking more of a quiet place to stay I recommend the Radisson Blu.

Let's start off with a few con's.
The location, It's a 10 minute grab ride from the SM city mall. But it's a short 5 minute walk from the park mall which is small, But has lots great places to eat at. It's also a 15 minute Grab ride from the airport. Now the many pros the room was great I had nice view of the city , The room had A/C and a great bed.
The front lobby people, server's , lounge staff , and pool staff have great costumer service.
The concierge was really great at helping me book tour's and recommending places to visit in and around Cebu.
The roof deck lounge and music was great. The pool bar was a great place to chill and enjoy the 360 view's of the city. The Café Bai has a great breakfast and dinner buffet . I didn't go there for lunch. The food selection and quality was great. The next time that I'm in Cebu I will return to this hotel.

It was okay but very disappointing. The staff has luck of communication. They double charge us not just once but twice. It took so long to figure out everything and it took so long yo order your food.
