The glass on the suites on the high floors are flimsy. Someone could accidentally fall off the window through the flimsy glass

There is no Netflix in the rooms, although it’s stated on Expedia. Asides this, be sure to enjoy your stay at this Hotel. I’ll fully recommend this to anyone

It’s a wonderful place to stay. The beauty is breath taking, and consistent with Radisson Blu standard across the world. The ambience is just superb. I had a good time

Horrible customer service! hard to reach them and when you finally do they ignore you and offer no assistance. To add on top of that the bed was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on, full of lumps. Food was full of salt, overpriced and not worth it. Save your time and money and go to the one on the Island as they know how to treat people are offer top tier service and actually care about people.

On the face of it, it looked initially really good. One issue, though: the hand-shower wand had fallen onto the shower cubicle floor and cracked at the base (I swear I didn't do it). The material the hand wand was made of was cheap--Chinese, I'm sure. I forgot to report the broken hand wand, but, for the management, the room was 605 if you want to take a look. In 2021, it's time to get rid of carpets in hotels! Even though this one did have carpets that APPEARED clean, quite frankly, carpets are kind of gross. The reason is that people track dirt in, and if you look at a carpet under the microscope, you'll see dust mites and dust mite droppings, which can cause allergic reactions. Wood or tile floors are the way to go, both in the hallway and rooms. The BEST hotels I've stayed in (like Kempinski) have wood floors. There were body and face towels but no washcloths. No suitcase caddy (to rest your suitcase on.) So nothing major, but for a hotel with that kind of name worldwide, it could be better. Sorry, I didn't bother to take pics--I was exhausted after traveling from the US!

Check in was delayed despite me getting there at past 3pm. Waited about 30min to get my room assigned.

I really enjoyed my overnight stay at the Radisson Blu. The room was spacious and clean. The restaurant was nice and the variety of food selection was ample.

This is the 4th time I have stayed here. In the past it was on business but this was a vacation trip. The staff are overall very professional, polite and helpful. Housekeeping does an excellent job. Very much enjoyed the swimming pool. They also have live music on the weekends which is great. Overall the food is quite good. Seems a bit expensive and they often seem to be out of things on the menu however, overall it was good and service was usually very good. This is a great hotel as far as the set up of the building, excellent pool, nice fitness center, multiple options for dining. The drivers are always excellent. They take all of the Covid precautions very seriously as well.

Stayed at this facility twice checknin the first time took more than 2 hours. The 2nd time, check in was on time but was done by a rude staff who kept dismissing my concerns. The suite i stayed in had a leaky roof which was not addressed. Complimentary breakfast was also only for 1 in a 3 bedroom suite

The hotel did not live up to Radisson Blu standard. There was no slippers or bathrobe in the room, and when I enquired they only replied that they were out of stock. Same when I asked for a shoe shine product “sorry we are out of stock”. At breakfast they only served plain yogurt and when I asked for yoghurt with fruit taste the reply was again “sorry we are out of stock “. When I asked for fresh fruit type apples/pears same reply “sorry we are out of stock “. I guess that they soon will be out of guests?

This is indeed a nice place and very pleasant to stay at. The main drawback us the overy high rates, which seem not justified.

A regular visitor to Lagos but this was the first time staying at the Radisson Blu in Ikeja - and I’ll certainly be back next time. Quick check in, friendly service, nice room, great restaurant. And nothing broken. All those things that never quite seem to work in Nigerian hotels weren’t an issue here, which was a lovely refreshing change. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful, although it did give me a dodgy belly on day two, but these things can happen anywhere in the world so can’t complain too much! In summary, I’ll be back.

We arrived early morning and were given early check in with no fuss. Food was good, staff were friendly and the rooms were comfortable and spacious.

Two observations- The breakfast was subpar- the bread was stale, pancakes were not well done, no fresh squeezed OJ everyday.also, I ordered a desert that tasted unthawed. Additionally, we had difficulty adjusting the room temperature- It was either freezing or too humid. The room was damp and my clothes all felt wet and musty.

This was my first trip rob ikeja, Lagos and I wasnr sure what to expect. The hotel was very modern though, rooms were lovely and spacious. Gym was small but had water bottles and towels and the pool area was also really nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Polite Staff. Nicely laid out rooms, but poor housekeeping. Dead bulbs, not changed, water from the shower flows into the toilet area.
