I paid about fifteen bucks a night for a single occupancy room. I had very low expectations but was pleasantly surprised. My room was clean and comfortable. The hot water and heater works well (it is still winter here) The friendly gentleman at the reception desk did not speak much English but we communicated well enough for him to check me in. The hotel is on a side alley off a busy chic street in Alsancak with a bunch of shops and restaurants and bars/clubs. You may need Google maps to locate it like I did. You are a few blocks away from the waterfront and from the tram stop and train station. This hotel is definitely worth more than the fifteen bucks I paid

The only good thing I have to say about this hotel is its location. It is literally very close to ferry and metro of Izmir (IZBAN). Other than that, the hotel is very old. Neglected. Facilities are old and falls apart. The bathroom is covered in rust. Shower barely works. AC works but makes a very loud noise. The room is very small, had trouble walking around. Worst experience I had was the bathroom door. The door let alone not working properly, it is not even closing the doorway. There are big gaps on both sides of the wall which doesn't help blocking the noise or odour that may come from whoever is using the bathroom. Overall, avoid it for this price. Pay a bit more and stay in a proper hotel.

Centrally located hotel with a high noise level, especially due to neighbours, loud doors, elevators and so on. Room has a nice design, but nothing is really working (light bulbs, bathroom door, heating cover and temperature adjustment). Warm water in the shower did not always work.
Friendly housekeeper. Overall good price/performance/ratio.

The hotel has very nice location relative to restaurants, sea and shopping. loud music in the bar stays up to 12:00 am. Be ready to use your google translator for communication because they spoke very little English.

I had messaged the owner to let them no we would be arriving late but when we arrived by taxi no one answered the door. We knocked loudly for 30 minutes and eventually left to book a more expensive room across the street. The next day we went back and the owner wanted me to pay for the previous night because he said we should have called and someone would have came to open the door (I had no phone number nor do I have a Turkish phone so that was not possible). He was very nice and finally we agreed that I would not pay for the previous night which we did not stay. Somehow I still ended up paying a little more for the second night but at that point I just wanted to check in.
The room looks nice on the pictures and when we first walked in but upon closer look it was very dirty and kind of gross with lots of stains on the walls, floors, bed sheets, etc. I'm actually kind of glad we only ended up staying one night. I hate leaving bad reviews especially because (despite the mishap) the owner was very nice.

The hotel is literally a stone's throw away from Kıbrıs Şehitleri Street, which is the very heart of the entertainment in the city of Izmir. The con this poses is that the surroundings are on the noisy side until about midnight or so. But the hotel is located in an alley, so the noise problem isn't all that bad. Then again, this also means the hotel is walking distance to anything and everything you may ever need while in Izmir. Banks, eateries, grocery stores, public transit, even the post office... They're all within walking distance. The owner has named the hotel after his daughters, and I can tell he cares about his business like he cares about his daughters. It's not fancy or luxurious in any way, but certainly well maintained and immaculately clean. Basically the best you could expect given the reasonable rates. The internet connection also worked flawlessly throughout my stay, and the staff was absolutely helpful and friendly, from the cleaning lady to the night auditor. The only thing I can list as an issue is the lack of a mini fridge in the room. But they have one in the lobby and they let the guests use it, so you can still enjoy a cold beer or two in your room. All in all, I can recommend this hotel to anyone on any kind of trip. In fact I've already recommended it to my own parents.

First of all, the location of hotel is excellent for those who don't know İzmir well like me. The main walking street of the area is next to the hotel and there is any significant security concerns at all. The streets are live and the reception is active 7/24. The design of the rooms are pretty good but rooms would be a little big. The beds were clean but I can't say the same for the bathroom. It should have been "more clean" and it might be include better quality cleaning products. Moreover, a refrigerator or a mini bar is not available in the room so you can't keep your drinks cold in the room. The staff was so kind and helpful. Overall, if you visit İzmir for short term like 2-3 days this hotel is OK for you with its reasonable price and great location.
