I would highly recommend this property and plan to stay again! Excellent location! Modern and bright with an amazing view!!!

The room was decent. I would come back, because the price is good. Although I didn't know that I suppose to register my personally information before arrival. The email from Globalstay went to Spam, I didn't read until I already arrived. I couldn't reach them by phone, It took me 2 hours to get in. I didn't like the fact there are so much rules of the appartment, such as put the dishes in dishwashers and start, not leaving trash, etc. I didn't feel like at home.

The location is the only highlight of this property. Not quite sure about the cleanliness - although the place looked clean, I don't know how hygienic/sanitized it was. The cleaning rags were underneath the kitchen sink drying, we were left a used sponge for cleaning dishes, suggesting the same rags/sponges are used in between guest stays. The cup in the bathroom was dirty, there were stains on the curtains which we notice when they were closed. The curtains didn't fit the windows, nor the vertical blinds - leaving privacy an issue (there was a gym in the building across from our unit). The lighting in the living room was poor (only one corner lamp which flickered). The sofa was a futon and not comfortable at all to sit on after a long day of touring. The place could use some simple maintenance, like painting the drywall patches and an overall paint job in general - and at least putting a battery in the very nice wall clock over the TV. Oh, and NO TOILET PAPER!! I called upon arrival and said they will send someone over; I messaged the next morning and they said they were looking into it. Nothing arrived during our stay. Communicating with GlobalStay was very responsive - but the actions were not.

I knew the price was too good to be true. This is in the ICE condos, it has a bit of reputation. They made us pay the deposit via PayPal, charged a second occupant fee, any place I've ever rented has always been based on double occupancy, not this place... Check in was super sketchy, they wouldn't let us wait in the lobby even though it was cold out. Had to buy extra TP because they only left one roll in the condo for our nine night stay. Ridiculous

Clean and nice view. A bit of confusion for check in - once that was settled we enjoyed the stay and area around it.

The apartment was nice, the view was spectacular. Accommodation was comfortable and clean. Getting the key was easy, but it didnt work and we had to wait over 2 hours for someone to fix the issue. The company also had a list of requirements and documents that they had to have, If I had known this prior to booking I would have made other arrangements. I was unable to cancel the booking.

Location is awesome. Right between Scotiabank place and the CN Tower. Perfect for checking downtown out or going to an event.

Wasn’t pleased with the property for what I paid

Very good location. Facilities are good. The hosts communicate only through mail, and the guard in the building - do not know anything . This caused our checkin to be inconvenient, and took sometime to get to the appartment. We found the gym only on the 4th day, and we asked for a second key (5 adults with a single key is not reasonable), and did not get.

I will stay here next time.

Was waiting for almost 4 hrs to check in and saying technical error. After get it door closed and no one answered but after others 20 mins to open door. No key fob to enter building after check in. Poor communication but good location. The place is over price with what you had paid. Dirty washroom and lack of services. Better to pay for hotel with the same price

Apartment I got was on the 50th floor, and the view was facing west, so I got the island airport, CN tower, sunset, etc. all clearly visible. Quite nice. Easy walk to Union station, Go station, CN tower, aquarium, waterfront, conference centre. Nearby groceries, Tim Hortons, Starbucks, restaurants, pubs. Fob required for entry and elevator use which adds some security, but awkward if you're a group wanting to come and go at different times. Apartment didn't match description. Got a queen couch, not a double twin couch as listed. I specifically wanted the extra non-couch bed. This was a surprise upon arrival, so poor communication. Floor in front of bathroom was warped. Easily avoided, but surprising. One of the bedside lamps had a broken switch. This didn't affect me, but again, surprising. In general the place was maintained, just a few odd spots. There were dishes, pots and pans, extra sheets, towels, garbage bags, dishwasher pods, but oddly just the one roll of toilet paper... just be aware you may need to supply your own!

Great location. Host had good communication. Self check in and parking instructions were clear. Beautiful unit with a beautiful view.

Condo was clean and comfortable. We paid for parking but were not aware we would have a parking fob. This meant we had to wait for someone else to enter or exit the closed garage to get in. Other than the park issue it was great!!!!! I would stay her again. Walking distance to many attractions

My experience was pretty great over-all. I purchased more laundry detergent at the Largos across the street. The detergent there was very watered down. I washed all of the towels in the convenient in-unit washer/dryer using the heavy wash cycle. They all had a very wet odor- as they they had been left in the washing machine for a long time after a "quick wash." After a double wash in the "sport cycle," and a cycle through the dryer with dryer sheets, the scent went away. Over all though the location, immunities, experience, etc was fantastic. I will stay there again.

The company itself was great, no problems there. The building has inadequate elevator service and haphazard fire alarm protocols. The apartment itself is cheaply furnished but adequate.

The place that we stayed at look like NONE of the multiple pictures that is displayed. The person that took us up was sketchy and did not tell us the nothing about accommodation, the process of check out or anything about the condo. One thing that really stood out is that this place was not cleaned. During these time you would think places would clean for new guest, we found hair in the sheets and dirty foot prints on the table. We had to legit do laundry, mop, sanitize the counter tops and wipe down surface area because we were uncomfortable and it was visible dirty. I would not recommend or stay here again.

The unit was not the one from the pictures. wanted a view of the CN Tower but got a view of a dirty parking lot. Also for check in we paid an EXTRA $25 for parking and ended up waiting over an hour past check in to get the parking key from the cleaners who was supposed to leave it there, to park our car. And then we received the parking pass and it didn't even work and it wouldn't open the parking garage. We then waited another 30 to 45 mins for the condo manager to come. She then took the parking pass to get it fixed and never called or came back so we couldn't even take the car in and out of the parking lot. They didn't even offer to refund the parking costs which i feel is very unfair. We asked for early check in because we had a lot of work to do and ended up having to settle into the condo three hours later wasting so much time and pushing us behind. Honestly was not the greatest experience. Hope they offer better service in the future but I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

The location is great as they are right downtown. I had booked two of the two bedroom condos for a work trip and one important thing to note is there can be a big difference between the units offered as two bedroom condos. One of the units I rented was a full two bedroom and two bathroom unit, but the other was a two bedroom, one bathroom. Furthermore, the second bedroom in this unit was an interior room without a window so it was more like a den, not a bedroom.

Condos were as advertised... service was great... easy communication. Only thing we found very frustrating was the lack of signage in the underground parking..it took us way too long to exit..and we spoke with 2 other drivers who were literally driving around in circles because they were unable to find the exits... reminded us of trying to find an exit in a casino in vegas..very frustrating way to end our otherwise truly enjoyable stay.

We stayed in the same building last year. Last year we had a proper 2 bedroom with a view on almost the top floor. I was expecting the same floor plan - this time we had a decent view but the room was really a one bedroom plus a 2nd with a single bed for the same price Guess my expectations were pretty high based on my previous experience

Nice small condo. I recommend leaving sealed water bottles instead of the refillable one. The location was good.
