They charged me late check in even though we were in our rooms. They didn’t fix it until I called after I hit home. Their front staff didn’t know what they were doing

Not unique but I love that it is clean and staff is friendly. We did have trouble with the remote, batteries must have died but that happens. Excellent property.

We stayed here for an overnight trip. Pretty standard hotel as per the Tru brand.

Clearly no thought was put into noise control. I don’t think we got more than a couple of hours of sleep. Our room was right across from the elevator and we could hear everything. Then once we finally were sleeping well the damn alarm clock in our room started going off. We gave up after that. The rooms are also tiny and more like a dorm room then a hotel room.

It was a nice stay. The fooseball table was fun, and the breakfast good: pancakes, yogurt, eggs, bacon, bagels toast or english muffins, cereal. The bed was comfy and there was a table next for my cpap machine.

No microwave in rooms. I didn't know this when I booked the room. Also the rooms are pretty small. There was no luggage rack for suitcases. They have a small bench area which will only fit 1 bag/suitcase. Didn't work for me.

Easy check in and check out!

Everything was great at he hotel. Checkin was great and the clerk was very pleasant and helpful. Only issue we had was trying to regulate the temp in the room. Either it was too cold or too hot at night. It was late and we were very tired, so we just turned off the air/heat and we were find that night as it wasn’t too cold outside.

Staff was incredibly nice, property was clean and we felt safe. Will definitely be staying again

Amazing experience. Friendly and helpful staff. They went above and beyond. The hotel and room were clean. After driving 5 hours, I wanted a good night sleep which I did have. I stayed at this hotel before. All great experiences.

The hotel was very clean and in a great locations to the Air Force Museum as well as lots of food choices. The room was very comfortable, and clean. I would stay her again and recommend it to someone going to the area.

Check in was a breeze. Employee at the counter was friendly. Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast was awesome with good choices. Highly recommend

Just average. The property looks new and the room is nice. Check in was slow very busy. Room was generally clean but I had to request additional floor cleaning. The breakfast area gets very busy in the morning, feel like more tables would be good investment. Pool is small. Just very average at best. Especially for the money.

The front desk staff person was argumentative and rude and unhelpful.

Lots of places to eat and shop very near, some walkable. Room was comfortable. No coffee in the room, you have to go to the lobby for that. Cleaning is every fourth day, which if ok, but simple garbage emptying should be everyday. I’d say that staff at front desk dressed a bit too casual for my liking, tshirts were common. Breakfast was good. I recommend staying here.

They don't clean the room nice for new guest to use it, when i get in the room first day, I can tell not fully clean. The shampoo bottle is empty, the shower wall got fews unknown hairs. The bed cover & pillow covers looks like not fully changed.

Very busy at check in, only 1 person at desk, did a great job getting people checked in. Met my request for a room close to main area. Issue with room door not closing and locking, the housekeeping staff was excellent to get the repair made immediately. Hotel was staffed 24 hours with front desk person. Loved the “chill” area outdoors!

Newer and well maintained. Friendly staff.

The staff, the premises seemed new.

Overall this facility was the nicest & best experience I had in 2023 with hotel stays. I’ve been in roughly (14) hotels this year & this location was top notch.

My check in process was great. After checking in I asked for additional wash clothes, after I got to my room I looked at the wash clothes and one had hair all on it. Then I checked the beds as I do every hotel when I arrive and when I pulled the cover back it had hair all over one of the beds and looked like someone had wiped their nose on the sheets. I went back to the front desk and told her and she was nice about it and switched our room. The second room was a little better but they seem to have a problem with hair in their beds or either they just don’t clean them very good. The second room sheets were better but when I checked the mattress it was filled with hair and crumbs. They were apologetic about it but said due to me booking through Expedia they could only compensate me by giving me something from their snack counter. Also before checkout someone (housekeeping) entered our room without knocking and immediately closed the door when she saw us luckily the extra stopper was on the door so she couldn’t come all the way in. When you stay at this hotel make sure you check your beds and add the extra lock on the door. We definitely won’t be staying here again when in town.

The refrigerator made a very annoying repetitive hissing noise. Aside from that everything was clean, the staff was great, and the facilities were top notch. We'll be staying there again.

We had a nice quiet room and even though they were sold out the breakfast was peaceful and not busy.

Hotel is in a great location. Very clean, staff is extremely friendly & helpful. We had a couple of issues with the function of our room and the general manger was quick to offer a solution. Much appreciated, that’s customer service.

Did not receive complimentary water when people in front of us did. No water glasses in the room. Towels were ruff like sand paper. We stayed in room 216 and the noise was very loud most of the night. We stayed on 7/8/23 and would have to rethink staying again. Roy Masterson
