We had a place to lay our head.

Couldn’t find our reservation. We spent 2 hrs until we decided to just pay out of pocket again for a room and contacting booking for a refund. Worker didn’t seem much of help. It was late at night, 2 am and instead of just offering us a room he told us contact booking to figure it out. We were exhausted and been traveling all day. It was also cheaper to just pay from the room instead of going through booking as well. Pool looked extremely dirty. Rooms were okay. Itchy bed sheets. Towels were rough like no detergent was used on it.

Had a plumbing problem and ended up having to track down a maid to obtain a plunger and clear it myself! Waited for over an hour after reporting it to the front desk.

Kept losing signal on tv after 15 -30 minutes.

This was the best thing about the stay. Great breakfast. Theresa, the staff member running the breakfast was fantastic.

The air conditioner was noisy, and the room was very humid. You could hear people walking in the upstairs room. It was not possible to get a good night sleep.

The whole place was very clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was a good size and beds were comfortable.

Breakfast was poor and unhealthy. No fresh fruit and packaged pastries. Same greasy bacon/sausage and eggs every day. That said, the coffee was good and I survived on packaged oatmeal. The first night the cable TV did not work. Indoor pool was not heated and swimming was miserable. Heat the pool!

Every time I travel to DAYTON, this is my "go to" place to stay. Excellent location for the Wright - Patterson Air Force Base, shopping in within minutes and the dining options are endless. Sixty four (64) restaurants within one mile! Room was spotless and staff was outstanding.

Bed was rock hard...water.pressure in the shower was low...Breakfast wasn't that good.

Breakfast was very good. Good choices of meat and scrambled eggs. Waffles, fruits, cereal, fruit juices and more. The coffee was excellent!

Our room included a living room and that was very nice. It had two 55" tvs, one in the bedroom and one in the living room, which was very nice.

Needed an extra grab handle near tub in bathroom.

Breakfast was good, should of had some fruit. The lady whole serviced the breakfast was outstanding.

Wish they will clean the rooms daily [stayed 2 nights] but all hotels have taken advantage of COVID to stop daily room cleaning. Not nice 😕

Overall was a very nice stay. Breakfast was very good and keep clean.

The entrance to the parking lot was a little tricky.

street sign for entrance into hotel was a little hidden by the sign in front of it. elevators are in an odd spot
