I was there one night with girls 7 and 4. We had a great time a but chilly for pool but restaurant service was great, kind to children and encouraging us to take them even for the music, that was much appreciated girls want ro go again.

Beautiful, large room! Property had a great pool however the weather was not nice during our stay so it was closed. The hotel was also close to the beach.

Staff were fabulous, live music “Acho” band was the highlight. Food was limited and on the greasy side. Good stay. Consider paper cups over plastic.

Love the dinning, the big open entrance area and walk to the beach. Love the big 600 sqft room with a balcony.

Very comfortable, spacious room. Problem was at 2 a.m. a very loud party/fight started. We were unable to notify the front desk because the phone in room was inoperable. Very frustrating as it went on for over an hour.

I loved how quickly they accommodated me into a room facing the ocean. They were very courteous from the restaurant /bar personnel; to the managers who attended the needs of my room. I also loved the spacious room. My family and I look forward to many more stays there.

Super clean, comfortable bed, and great beach access! That being said, parking is full at all hours and the overflow parking lot is like 300 yards away and across the street. The hot water was warm at best and the water pressure is non existent. Maybe force all the rental golf carts park across the street instead of taking up spots near the hotel? Anyway, overall it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely stay again, if the shower is fixed 😁

Our stay must have been cursed compared to what we expected. to start off the receptionist was less than welcoming " heres your keys bye" kind of thing , We went to Bar Louies and waited over 20 min for someone to come to our table and so we left, We had no hot water in our room we had to call serval times, I guess they have to turn on water to empty rooms for it to flow to other rooms? or what was explained to us. The beach bar only had one person working and she needed a raise she worked her butt off. The band they say plays every night played maybe 20 min then break for an hour or was not there one night. We tried room service the app did not work for getting adult drinks ordered so we had to call and it was like the girl did not know they did room service or how to take our order. The room above us moved furniture around every night lol, there is no paddling on the bottom of the chairs so if someone in another room moves them you hear it . The cleaning crew was great the room was alway clean and so was the grounds area and lobby. I guess I just had higher expectation for such a nice hotel we wanted a above average stay and it felt like any other place we could have stayed cheaper . We will stay else where next time. its the little things that make the stay not the location. I get it was off season/newyears but the experience should be the same as in the busy season NOone seemed happy for us or them to be there lol

the hotel is in very nice and in good conditions, very clean, comfortable, near too beach, to claytons, excelent pool. what is a little uncomfortable is that there are very few parking spots.

Fantastic hotel on South Padre Island right next to Clayton's and the SPI birding center. Lovely spacious rooms.

The hotel is new and clean but we had issue with no water for almost 12 hours which was pathetic with kids

No water 12 pm - 6 pm then only cold water for showers one day and 12 am - 8 am no water and then still no hot water. We had to go next door to Clayton’s to use the bathroom. And, the 2nd day they forgot to clean our room. Food in the restaurant was old and cold.

The staff was rude . There wasnt enough parking. The water was off for 2 days and no water bottles were offered. The sheets had holes in them. The shower curtain was riped. The curtains had holes in them. The pool was freezing and had trash in it. Did i mention the staff was rude. I have staying in motel 6 that were nicer. Dont waste your time!

Biggest rooms on the Island

The front desk checkout lady efficient, but unfriendly. We had a great time at the hotel. The rooms are big and perfect. Small nit-picks that could be fixed: provide tea bags, onsite parking.

The only problem we had was the shower, the shower plumbing in my room was terrible. You have to work with it not a simple for hot go to the H or for cold go to the C. Who ever did the plumbing did not know what they were doing. The AC unit in the room is too noisy, the fan blades is hitting something... We had a two night stay so no big deal, if you plan to stay a week avoid room 337

Customer service is horrible. Our water did not work the second night for about 5 hours we couldn’t flush, shower, or brush our teeth. Next morning there was water but no hot water. No solution was offered to us nor any apologies given. Never staying here again.

The property and building was very well maintained. Our room was spacious and so clean. The view was amazing!

Excellent ubication. My room was very nice with good tv streaming services. The receptionist on check in was the norm. He did not greet you with a smile. At check out the same. Not asking us about our stay. We requested a longer check out time because our service at the restaurant took longer. Just gave us half an hour more. I requested at least one hour but our petition was denied. They need to have more serviceable people at the reception.
