Comfortable and clean property in great condition. Perfect location in a quiet area 5-10 minutes walk from the city centre. Kind and accommodating staff. I appreciated the in-suite laundry. Free parking on their street (easy to find a spot in early November but may not be guaranteed during busy season).

Location was excellent! Staff was responsive to our needs. The property does need to be renovated, and it shows in some areas (paint, doors, ceiling). However it's nothing major, especially when you're on vacation and the location/views are incredible!

Upgraded to the top apartment which had excellent views across Kas. Lovely place with a whirlpool tub and everything you would need.

First impressions are good, view is fantastic, everything is new and clean and the studio was a decent size. Unfortunately it’s another one of those hotels where the air conditioner unit points right over the bed and in the August heat your choices are sleep with a/c and and wake up with dry irritated throat and skin or turn it off and suffer through the 30C heat, and for that reason I can’t recommend staying here. I can’t imagine what kind of idiot designs rooms like this

Good open owners, who really trying to make the apartments good and comfortable. Cozy apartments, with all needed for life, on the kitchen we had all needed for cooking. Very beautiful view from apartments. About 5-7 min walking to the city center.
