This property is in the perfect location, clean, and pleasant staff

The property is new but they missed on many things, it feels cheap.

The pictures and reviews are deceiving. Would have been nice to know a new hotel was being built right next door. Construction started at 7am. Being on vacation my wife and I were hoping to sleep in. Not one day did we make it past 7:15. Cleanliness was an issue as well. One of the days we observed blood all over the walls and door on the room next to us. We notified staff but they did not seem to concerned. It was however cleaned up. The hotel add stated easy access to the beach, they didn’t mention you had to walkthrough an entire construction job site with a 3ft wide path. Worst of all is it takes a long time to get into the actual hotel. First an elevator to floor 5. Then walk across the hotel to another elevator to then go to your floor. Took about 15 minutes from floor 9 to leave the hotel. I may try AC hotels in the future but not at this location. For the price we could have and should have stayed elsewhere.

We were not told about all the construction in the area. We were not told about the roof top bar being closed and the pictures of the view of the ocean are not accurate. Very disappointing. Valet service was great!

Overall a very nice hotel. Clean rooms, modern bathroom with a nice shower head or rainfall. Great HVAC to keep it your desired temperature. Gym was nice and has great views and 24/7 access is awesome. Within walking distance of many places, so a car is not necessary. Very close to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and the pier. Room service didn’t come until I was about to check out, not a big deal, but would’ve been nice to have the room cleaned once, but I only was there 3 nights. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Extra points for the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash all being sulfate free! (I’m allergic). Nice area outside by the pool. I would definitely go back again.

No housekeeping during our stay always asking for towels and waiting long time to get them , very disappointing for being a new hotel.

Upon checking in front desk gave us a invalid room key so we were inable to open the door to our room but he apologized. Both night light wasnt working. Air conditioner take too long to adjust to the prefered temperature.

Beautiful place and worth the money! Breakfast buffet should have way more options though..not worth the price.

The rooms are clean but very small. Two new hotels are being constructed across the street that is blocking the view, it’s noisy and the road is messy.

Not at all suitable for more than a one night stay. Rooms very cramped woth little space for clothing.

Great hotel,except for the construction outside.

The AC is a new hotel that is trying to be trendy and modern but has a lot of work to do to get there. Major construction going on across the street. Not their fault but it is super loud and annoying. The design of the rooms is minimalist. No drawers to store clothing or even actual closet. No carpet and being in a beach town, floor was always Sandy. No maid service, no clean towels at the pool and almost no staff.

Wonderful walk to everything enjoyable. The restaurant wasn’t open much at the hotel and the parking was $$$$$$. Other than that wonderful stay.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a quick getaway. We were met by valet who was friendly and then I took the elevator to the 5th floor to the lobby to check in while he got out car situated. There was no one was there to greet me for about 5 minutes and just as my patience started to wear thin from a long travel day Stephanie appeared and got us checked in and went over the details. I liked the overall decor of the hotel including our bay facing room. There was a small fridge inside with complimentary water which was a nice touch. Just outside our room was the ice/water machine which was great because I was able to refill my water bottle and the machine dispensed the ice pellets that I like. The hotel was conveniently located to many restaurants, the beach, the pier, many shops- it was great! We only had to use our car once and that was to drive to Tampa. The hotel was pretty quiet even though there were a few kids there. There is bar inside that we never got around to going to, there is also a rooftop situation that we went to check out but didn't stay because there was no view. We did spend some time at the pool but it is very small with limite seating so we didn't stay long. The truffle fries and drinks we got while we were there were good though. Overall, it was a pleasant stay at a conveniently located hotel that had a friendly staff.

$30.00 PARKING FEE WAS RIDICULOUS

Check in was good,room lovely. Had lunch there and enjoyed it. Managed the beach and the sea and when we returned to the hotel we had to evacuate and the staff were very helpful. Wished we could've stayed our 2 nights. Would recommend this hotel.

It was a beautiful hotel well designed and feels luxurious. However the gym could use some more equipment.
