Very good hotel to stay at.

Everything was super clean. Staff was efficient. Annoying drive to enter hotel but overall no real issues staying here.

Front Desk Manager was amazing. I wish I remember his name to mention it. He changed the whole vibe with his service. 5 stars just for that.

Our room is super clean and nice. Plenty of room for my son and I. The front desk staff members were very friendly when we checked in, and the property is well maintained and pretty.

The room was spacious with very comfortable beds and bedding. Great water pressure. Towels were good quality. Breakfast was among the very best. Lots of options and a varied menu day-to-day. The feel of updates (or newness) were everywhere. Fast elevators.

The hotel was very nice and quiet. Not far from restaurants. The breakfast provided was the best I ever had for hotel breakfasts The room was modern and very roomy. Very comfortable!

Resources like soap, blanket, paper toilet, among others extremely controlled. If soap finish you need to call for replacement and need to be authorized by a supervisor. For example I used shampoo for my bath, because there was no soap and employee told me that need supervisor approval, because they do not have enough soap in the hotel. Same for toilet paper, when finished need to wait, because based do not have enough only left one per bedroom no matter quantity of people and days reserved. Bad experience, basic things extremely controlled, looked like bad planning. For a blanket I was told that need to wait for next day because they do not have in the laundry, neither in the storage area. I insisted to look if have in an empty room an available blanket that can be provided. Employees resolved after the request, but was frustrated, the continuous request for basic resources that should be available when a room is rented. Justification provided was that based on the holidays do not have enough resources (like soap, toilet paper, blankets, etc.) neither personnel. Management should take in consideration these comments for better planning in future high seasons to avoid placing customer in these kind of frustrating situations.

Clean hotel, nice free breakfast, free easy parking. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. The TV didn't connect at first and maintenance came and fixed it within 5-10 minutes. The pool is not heated so too cold to enjoy on a cool morning.

Great stay. It was only for one night. Great breakfast included. The room had motorized window shading that keep room dark in the morning. Would recommend and would stay again.

It was an amazing experience. Very clean hotel with comfortable rooms and rich breakfast options in a safe and nice neighborhood. We enjoyed our four nights stay at the hotel. I strongly recommend the hotel.

I had a great stay. My only feedback is in regards to my checkout experience. I asked for a late checkout the night before, and was approved to checkout one hour after my original time. However, one hour before I needed to checkout, the cleaning crew continued to knock on my door and the front desk called down to check on me. This was not necessary and it made me feel as if I were being rushed to leave the hotel.

We arrived too early to check in. The front desk lady offered us the continental breakfast (which was quite good). There was a room ready for us before 11 am. The room was very clean and quite large. The property is nice and modern. Staff was helpful and friendly. The pool area looks nice, but unfortunately it was raining so we did not get to use it. I really appreciate how accommodating the front desk lady was in getting us into a room way earlier than check in time. A very nice place to stay.

We stayed here today before we left on our cruise. The room was an accessible room. Everything about the hotel was wonderful, clean, friendly, inviting,. Our room was very spacious and extremely comfortable. I would love to stay here again I will always keep it in mind.

The staff was really friendly and helpfull. The carpet in the room was really dirty, it felt sticky and made your feet dirty. The carpet could use a deep cleaning. I have LO of 6months old unfortunately I couldn't let her crawl around in the room because het clothes would get black stains from the carpet.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Miami Kendall with my family and our beloved Shih Tzu, Bella, for the Thanksgiving holiday. As a Miami native now living in Orlando, it was a homecoming trip, and the hotel made it exceptionally special. The highlight of our stay was the extraordinary customer service, particularly from Robert at the front desk. His dedication to ensuring our comfort was evident, as he consistently checked in on us with a friendly, "How can I help?" His attentiveness and genuine care greatly enhanced our experience. The hotel also amazed us with its pet-friendly approach. Bella was welcomed with a delightful pet package, including treats, a charming pink doggie bowl, and even a toy, which was a pleasant surprise. Although there was a $75 fee for Bella, the thoughtful gesture made it feel worthwhile. Overall, our stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Miami Kendall was marked by warmth, outstanding service, and attention to detail. It's a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Miami, especially those traveling with pets. Kudos to the team for making our holiday visit memorable!

Everything was great except the A/C unit was leaking water on the carpet. Socks got very wet.

Super friendly staff, very clean and spacious room. Not fancy but perfect.

My overall stay was good. I didn’t spend much time in the hotel during the daytime. However, I loved the look of the reception area and a friendly receptionist who welcomed me with a smile. Room was nice, clean, fresh scented and comfortable. Breakfast choices were reasonable. Would have love if a freshly made omelet was a choice.
