Nice room, clean and comfortable. Exactly what we needed.

Came to the candle wood suites on 5/5 as I was having surgery on 5/7. I am from another state so it was important that I had a place with a kitchen etc for my 7 day stay. After the first night we asked to be moved as a loud generator type sound kept us up half the night. We were moved to a better room however three days into the stay in the new room the ceiling in the bathroom over the tub began to leak, no one was allow to move us for three days we had to cover our heads with towels when the leaking started, asked to be reembuirsed they only agreed to two days, next they moved us three days later to another room when someone finally checked out only to find out that in this room there were roaches and the window in the living room area was also leaking which I took video of. I had to end my stay early and checked out at 3am that morning. No one from the cooreperate offices have called or followed up it was the worse stay I’ve experienced

The hotel is clean, not near anything except airport. Room was for the most part clean however my biggest issue is that check out is at 12 and we had knocks on our door 3 times starting around 11:15 of which one the person came into the room, no knock. That is unacceptable. Staff also did not speak English so wasn't able to communicate that check out is 12. This is the standard check out so not sure why room staff starts coming to rooms at 11.

Great staff at front desk, nice large rooms which are very quiet and it had a very clean bathroom. Pool was great too. Overall I’d recommend.

Booked through Expedia and will never do so again.I call asking information about the room and was given incorrect info.We arrived at 3 checkin time and our room wasn’t ready until after 4.Requested handicap accessible room and wasn’t given one.Finally we were moved to one.This whole checkin process took over 2 hours.The girl at the front desk was very apologetic and helpful.She was the only good thing about our stay.

For the purpose of my trip; convenient. More safety precautions should be added to the bathtubs. Extremely slippery; for any age taking a bath.

Room was great. Bed was comfy. A few rough edges here and there but overall very satisfactory. Kitchen was very handy.
