Nice hotel, beware this is not near Miami Airport. Quite a distance. We made that mistake. Otherwise good stay. Nice hotel.

Check in was not greeted with a smile but distain. Room was fine and clean. A/C made a constant high pitched whine that would go on and off all night. Shower controls were janky, shower head leaked. Towels were rough, not soft especially the hand towels. The gym was in total disarray, most equipment non functional. Breakfast was better than most and this I give high praise.

This stay was all about peace and thats exactly what the hotel gave. The front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. There buffet style breakfast was great fo getting my day started. I was told the cleaners comes every three days but she knocked on my door almost daily. Overall, it was a great experience and I will be returning.

Stay was nice. Only 1 night before a cruise. The only bad thing is we arrived before noon, check in is noon. Room was available, but wanted to charge $25 to check in early. RIDICULOUS.

Room 601 has the loudest most annoying ac I have ever heard! Could not sleep. Area is to industrial. I guess for a 1 night pre cruise stay it’s just ok. Not worth what I paid!

There for 3 nights with 4 people and housecleaning did not enter the room even once. Garbages were not emptied and dirty towels never picked up. We kept having to ask for clean towels.

Everything was wonderful. The hotel is a little older but everything was clean and worked well. Service was excellent. Lovely and friendly ♥️ comfortable bed and I would stay here again… about 20 min drive from Miami airport. Standard breakfast fair and it’s removed promptly- we enjoyed!

The property is very run down, needs maintenance. Wifi signal was terrible, had to use phone hotspot for my laptop. Hotel restaurant was closed for lunch & dinner, breakfast was limited and frankly, not very good.

Just an average hotel. Morning elevators for breakfast and departure are annoying. They open to the service side and there is no room for the workers.

It was amazing, at all

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Bar and happy hour are a plus. Staff is not very service oriented and area lacks shopping or food venues near by.

The employees are great

This hotel used to be amazing years ago. Now the front desk attendants are not kind of friendly at all. The mattress seem so old and used that are really kind of uncomfortable/ icky to sleep in. Overall the bathrooms are clean. The bedrooms AC make unstoppable noice and leaks water (ours had a disgusting cup to collect the water from the leak probably had been there for a long time because it was brown). The rooms are cleaned every 3 days even if you ask for them to be cleaned sooner they respond “it’s not included” (very weird and inconvenient for families). Breakfast is not what it used to be, but it’s eatable. I hope they improve because this hotel has a special spot in my heart. All the memories we made in this place and how good it used o me.

Everyone was very nice

It was very clean and the staff was very nice and friendly. Temperature of the room was 73 and you could not change it. (Too warm for us)

We use this property regularly when we have family members in town.

Clean & comfortable

The room was really spacious and clean. Has lot of amenities for the stay and the breakfast was a blast with different menus daily. Personally one of the best hotels we stayed in as a family, highly recommended!

The stay was perfect. We used the hotel as a base camp to visit Miami Beach, the urban area, Everglades National Park, and Key West. The location was perfect and the price was reasonable. The room condition was also excellent.

I was very comfortable staying here while in town for a wedding. Great breakfast, but always crowded.

Stayed for anniversary date with my partner. We picked a room with a king bed. However, air conditioner didn’t work so they could only provide us with a room with two queen beds. Anniversary date was pretty much ruined. We asked for compensation and they said they couldn’t do anything. Not even as simple as late check out.

Awaiting refund as hotel Wasn’t as advertised. No restaurant or bar. Open on Sunday or Mondays. Very rude staff. Had to leave 5 minutes after handing over passport. Never even Saw room etc. please refund all as previous emails sent.

The shower needed a curtain so that the water doesn't come out, that was the only issue when I was taking a shower

I think it has improvement opportunities in important details such as serving breakfast earlier, we could not use it because it was not served until 7 and our itinerary needed us to be out before that time. Also, there was no soap and shampoo in the shower and it was never refilled even when we asked the concierge desk to do so on the next morning.

Our stay was good. Only issue was that they were out of towels when hotel was full. I thought hotels plan for such things with a factor of safety. We were offered hand towels and bathroom floor towels as a substitute to take bath towels. Other than that, our stay was good. Breakfast is great. Nice and safe location.
