Very poor services. Difficult to contact person in charge. Over charged with 2 government taxes and extra for cleaning. Difficult to check out in the morning at 8.30al.

There are a lot of shops located just across the building and also a mall where you can buy all the necessitiies.

The smell at the basement parking lot.

It is a scam. The actual location is not at Bandar Utama. They just make use of the place to sell the rooms. They called earlier to demand for payment to confirm the booking. If no money no booking. After payment is made they sent you the real address location. When I question them about it they said it was booking.com that put the Bandar Utama address. Their address is at section 14 near Jaya. I was furious n ask for refund as I told them that they tried to cheat me. Eventually they agreed to the refund and apologised as I told them I will bring the police to their place.

No microwave, cant cook, and no minerals water provided :( . need to use tap water to make drinking water by heating through the water heater.
