The room was not serviced for cleaning. They charged our card twice for early check-in and the correction was not made until the following day because we had to wait on a specific individual to process the refund. Upon check out there was not proper paperwork to indicate that we paid our deposit in USD, so the security guard who was left with the responsibility of checking us out did not have the correct deposit amount nor the correct currency. After a lengthy debate, we received the deposit in JMD and only had the option of changing the JMD to USD at the airport which was expensive and therefore did not give us back our full USD50.00. No one wanted to take responsibility for the incompetence in service.

It’s close to the beach and shopping areas and also to get food ,very noisy and rooms are small .Security was not professional but staff was friendly.Will book again if they corrected all flaws.There was a bar on complex that played loud music all night,property clean and well kept.

Great location to beach, food, craft, day and night life . Staff is helpful and friendly.

Night front desk staff, security and guy who checked on hot water issue were helpful, attentive, polite and professional. I did not have hot water for my entire stay which was very inconvenient.

Loud noise late into the night from surrounding area made for restless sleep. Staff was courteous.

The towel rack in the bathroom fell off of the wall as did the toilet roll dispenser. There were ants in the bathroom. There were gnats flying around the outlets. The neighbors next to us blared their music until 3 a.m. after making off with our veranda chair. The beach was closed at 5:00 p.m. The whole area was sketchy and shady. If you are looking for a place with zero amenities, zero cleanliness, zero hot water, zero space, this is the location for you. If you want a place that is somewhat decent, keep moving. I would not recommend this dive to ANYONE not even to save a buck. Completely horrible. We stayed the first night bc we got in at five. Immediately contacted Expedia and then checked out first thing in the morning. The front desk worker came upstairs to verify our complaints/concerns and acted like this was the Ritz Carlton and this was the first time anyone had ever complained.

Everything is great in the hotel room. The room is just hot then she told me that I wasn’t even supposed to have a room with ac so every room doesn’t have AC units. You have to say the deluxe which does not explain in the blueprint. everything else was great. A crab came in the middle of the night I will go back again though

From the moment I arrived I immediately regretted my decision to book this place. The staff is absolutely rude and unprofessional. They act like you are there begging for a place to stay rather than paying. The room is very small. The area is very noisy until about 3-4 a.m. in the morning. I will never stay here again or recommend anyone to do so. HORRIBLE!!!

I liked that the property was located in the heart of the "Action" & was close to everything.. I also liked knowing there was security at the entrance after dark

Wow the staff are excellent they let you feel like you at home,SHOUTOUT to the office staff well what I would like the property manager to do is to get a outlets in the bathroom

I reserved the room online using a credit card, then arrived to be told cash only. The good news is I walked away as the hotel is not in a safe location nor did it look remotely clean. I’m checking my credit card carefully to ensure it is not improperly charged by ocean view.

I surprised my husband with a trio to Ocho Rios Jamaica for his B'day. Plan was for 4 nights 5 days. I had our initial stay booked about 3 weeks before we left for the trip. Just to say that the initial booked stay was horribly unclean. I found this stay last minute and I loved everything about it!!! Clean property & rooms, fridge in room, courteous & kind staff, non-smoking,designated smoking area, close to attractions. I rate them 5 stars, and will def stay here anything I visit Ocho Rios Jamaica.

Great location right in the heart of Ocho Rios, provide great access to the beach and major attractions. Comparing to other properties it’s very clean, great breakfast options and staff are friendly they genuinely want to help. Only down side POS machine not working . But great experience so far went for 1 night and booked another. I would go back any time .🙌

The staff were friendly, however the young man who assisted us on arrival ..cant remember nane as very uncommon, he is the backbone to thus place he was polite, inducted us to our room, tried to assist with difficult TV, gave the dos and dints in the local area. Always polite, checking we were ok i would stay here again. It is exceptionally clean. The breakfast is ok only, comparing to Sandcastles, where you can sit and get a pool view breakfadt of all sirts, costs a lit kess and is much more plesant it would be good to have a kettle in the room so that you can make a hit drink in the night and available ice. But it was good. Really clean.

The property was nice and the room very clean and it’s right in the town and for all you KFC lovers there’s one right across from the hotel and lots more attractions close including Dunns river fall the only problem I had was the air condition needs to be work on to push more air but great hotel and excellent staff

The hotel is good for a one night stay. nice and clean. The beach is a short walk and shops etc are within walking distance. There is however no views unless you sit outside the door and then you can see the local car park. Overall the place was clean. Please checkout at least 20-30mins before you have to as the check your room before they give you back your deposit and that could take ages

The rooms are very clean and cosy. I was impressed with how neat and clean the rooms were and the bathroom is equally nice. The hotel is in the town centre and there is access to a beach though there is no pool. The address doesn't pick up right on google so even though its in the town. It was hard to find. I find some of the front desk staff standoffish and less than friendly. The security guard is nice though.

Had all the updated amenities convenient and walking distance to the beach restaurants and casino. The staff is very nice and friendly. Will be staying again
