We visited the Jungle Lodge for 1 day with Family. We had booked premium cottage.The rooms were spacious and clean. The view from our room was spectacular (mountains) we sat in out balcony absorbing this view. Food was really nice. We had Dinner and Breakfast here and we had no complaints for the food, they even made dishes like Pasta and Paratha with minimum spices as per liking of our kids. The staff was nice and courteous. Check in and Check out process was smooth.

The whole stay was quite comfortable. If anything I would say they can improve is the free WiFi. They currently provide the WiFi coupon, which stop working after sometime and then login back is a problem..you need to ask for new coupons. But anyways that was the only thing we could point to improve on

Located ideally in the lap of nature. Quiet and calm place. Good for one or two nights. Food is tasty and sumptuous. Rooms are comfortable and cozy but needs better maintenance.

1. Last 3 kms approach to the resort is awful especially if you are travelling in a big car. Too narrow a road with scanty signage. 2. Food, though quite tasty, is really really expansive. Comparable to high end five star hotels. 3. The resort has not obtained liquor licence hence they do not serve liquor though the info brochure talks about bar 4. Being a resort, the management should have more organized activities like trekking, zipline, obstacle course etc.

Everything was excellent about the resort. But few things are of the concern 1. Expensive food 2. Less variety in d breakfast

Dinner was ok type, in b’fast salt was a bit high in sambhar and chana. The staff was so very cooperative. Highly appreciate the guy’s who drove my car till the hotel from Dharampur market, the guy who escorted us to room during heavy rains.. staff was awesome

Check in time is late by 2 hours as compared to other hotels in the industry.

The location is very good and very scenic beauty around. The resort type feeling is very good.

Property is good and located at very peaceful place. you can enjoy the nature.

Booking.com charged too much for the Property, which in actual (if direct booking) is not so expensive. it was shown at the booking time that property is sold out and only one room is left. wherein when I reached, I found that there was only 1 family addition to us. just by creating such a Hype by booking.com and changing such a huge amount is very bad
